While the breakup was quick, it seems the two never truly moved on, as they have been spotted getting cosy after two years on two separate occasions.

Talking about their divorce reason, it was a mutual and amicable decision, which both of them respected. They never talked badly about each other, even in interviews after their separation. In November 2023, the ex-couple released a joint statement and shared the reason for parting ways. Lori and Damso revealed that they are at a point in their lives where their individual career paths require their full attention and dedication.

It seems like this decision came from their busy schedules, which often happens if you are a celebrity with a hectic lifestyle. Further, in the note, they shared that they are parting ways as friends with love and respect for each other and the beautiful time they shared together. The statement could be read as:

It is worth mentioning that Lori and Damso were first seen together having dinner at a West Hollywood restaurant in the winter of 2022. It is also reported that the couple started dating a few months before they hard-launched their relationship. Later, in January 2023, Idris shared a cutesy post for his ex-girlfriend, Harvey's birthday. The two were last spotted together on October 13, 2023.

However, even before the two confirmed their breakup, fans had speculated that all was not well between them. The rumours reached a peak when they were spotted arriving separately at Odell Beckham Jr's birthday party in New York. After which, a day later, they announced their breakup.

The two were spotted in a heavy lip-lock while hanging out after a party at a Paris Fashion Week event on March 6, 2026. 

Damson and Lori were seen chatting on a balcony, and it looked as if they were having a fun, romantic conversation. However, Lori grabbed Damson mid-way and pulled him in for a passionate embrace. The two had their beautiful moment, and Damson quickly left the room while Lori stayed by the balcony window for a while. 

The two were spotted leaving the party together. First, it was Lori, who was left in her care. She had worn a tight black dress and waited for Damson to join her. Later, Damson existed and sat in the same car with Lori sitting beside him. This left the photographers rooting for them.
