Kunal Kemmu Reveals Telling Soha Ali Khan About Saif's Attack Was A Peculiar Experience, 'Am I...'

Saif Ali Khan's stabbing incident left the entire nation in shock. However, his family members were the ones who were impacted the most. Now, his brother-in-law and actor, Kunal Kemmu, has shared how he took the news of the attack. Kunal sat for an interview with ANI, sharing how he broke the news to his wife, Soha Ali Khan.

Kunal Kemmu recalls breaking the news of the attack on Saif Ali Khan to Soha

Kunal Kemmu, during the conversation with ANI, revealed that he got a call at six in the morning about the attack. He added that he and Soha Ali Khan were getting their daughter, Innaya Naumi Kemmu ready for school, and he had to break the news to his wife. He recalled having difficulty breaking the news to Soha since he didn't have all the information about what had transpired. He was quoted saying:

"I woke up to a call at like about 6, and there was no information...It's very weird how fear works. I had to break this to her. We were getting our daughter ready to go to school, and you just had this information and nothing else. So to kind of how to put this across, am I supposed to send my daughter to school right now or not? All of those things were kind of playing on my mind. So we did send her to school, and then I said we need to go there, and that's when slowly we started to find out what had kind of transpired."

In the same conversation, Kunal Kemmu recalled how he was informed about the ordeal at 6 am. When asked about how he took the news, he revealed that his first thought was if his brother-in-law, Saif Ali Khan was okay. He added that once they knew that he was out of danger, their mind blocked out the other chatter. Kunal shared that none of the other things made sense because, to them, Saif's safety was all that mattered. He was quoted as saying:

"You know, honestly, the first thing was, is he (Saif Ali Khan) okay? And once we knew that he was okay and he was out of danger, none of the chatter made any sense again because that's the only thing that mattered."

Continuing the interview with ANI, Kunal Kemmu was asked about the attack on Saif Ali Khan. To which he responded by saying that Saif had answered every question there was in regard to the horrifying occurrence in the best way possible. He admitted that there was nothing more he would like to add it as he believes that everything has been answered already. He was quoted saying:

"I think the whole commentary that went on it, Saif has just done an interview very recently. I think he's put it in the best way. I don't even want to add words to it because I think he's; everything has been accounted for and answered when it comes to that."
