Recently, another couple, Kubra Khan and Gohar Rasheed, tied the knot in a nikaah ceremony held at Makkah, impressing fans. Now, some inside glimpses from the couple's shendi has gone viral.

Famous Pakistani stars, Kubra Khan and Gohar Rasheed officially had their nikaah ceremony at Makkah on February 12, 2025. The couple made headlines for their gorgeous nikaah ceremony. Soon, more photos and videos from their other wedding festivities went viral. In one such video from Kubra and Gohar's shendi, the couple danced with their family and friends to Salman Khan's starrer Dabangg 2's song, Kaise Bani, which is also a well-known Bhojpuri folk music. 

For those unaware, shendi is an event that combines baraat with mehendi. For the occasion, Kubra wore a sage green-hued lehenga with heavy golden embroidery that gave her a regal look. She paired it with a choker necklace, earrings, maang teeka, and bangles. The actress kept her makeup soft and completed her look with her hair tied in a bun. At the same time, Gohar wore an off-white sherwani with intricate embroidery and a matching stole.

Kubra Khan and Gohar Rasheed surprised their fans after they announced their nikaah to the world. The couple took to their Instagram handle on February 12, 2025, and shared inside pictures from their private nikaah ceremony at Makkah. Their loved ones accompanied them at the occasion. Kubra looked mesmerising in a white burqa with a red dupatta to cover her head, while Gohar wore two white clothes. Sharing the pictures, they penned: 

"12.02.25. Under the Kursi Of Allah.. 70 thousand Angels as Witness and Rehmat pouring down on us as rain. Qubool hai."

Who is Kubra Khan and Gohar Rasheed?

Kubra Khan is a British-Pakistani actress who works in Urdu television and films. She made her debut in 2014 with the film, Na Maloom Afraad and has starred in popular movies like Welcome 2 Karachi, Parwaaz Hai Junoon and London Nahi Jaunga among other. Kubra is among the highest-paid actresses in Pakistan. On other other hand, Gohar is known for his work in the 2013 film, Seedlings. He was also seen in Rangreza, London Nahi Jaunga, The Legend of Maula Jatt and more.
