Relationship statuses change with a blink of an eye in the showbiz world. Once a couple who were madly in love with each other ended their relationship and found new love in their lives. Complicated isn’t it? Well, this is how the glam world works!
Kritika Kamra and Karan Kundrra were one of the most adorable television couples on-screen and off-screen. They were loved by all when the two starred in the serial Kitani Mohabbat Hai in 2009. The lovebirds dated for a couple of years before calling it quits. Kritika appeared with Karan Wahi, in a talk show A Table For Two, hosted by Ira Dubey, where she made an interesting revelation. In a segment of Kill, Marry or Hook Up, the actress was given three options, Karan Kundrra, Karan Wahi and Karan Johar.
Answering to her question, Kritika replied, "I would kill Karan Kundrra because I can't marry or hook up with him." She further continued, "I can't hook up with Karan Johar so I will marry Karan Johar. He has two beautiful kids and I will have to do nothing. Just take care of the kids. I'm really sorry but we may have to hook up." In her reply, Karan immediately quipped, "Our form of hook up will be talking about other men and woman." To which Kritika said, "It will be like just looking away and it will be damn awkward.”
As we all know that Karan’s ex-Kritika and his present, Anusha Dandekar share a warm camaraderie with each other. Talking about her equation with Karan, Kritika was quoted as saying in an earlier interview with Pinkvilla, "I am comfortable with all my exes and Karan is not the only one. See we started off as friends and ended up in being friends. It's an adulterated kind of friendship that we have and that has remained between us. I am very happy for the two. We hang out together and it's always fun. I am extremely fond of Anusha. She is a very sweet girl and a fun girl, and she makes him fun too. And yes, styles him too, what better could Karan have asked for."
In an interview with the Time Of India, Kritika got candid about what went wrong in her relationship with Karan. She retorted, “There is no definite reason for my split with Karan. There was no fight. Both of us got very busy with our new shows and this took a toll on our relationship. It is really sad that we couldn't take care of our relationship. There was an emotional attachment, we were together 24/7, but he never proposed to me and I am glad he didn't. We never planned life, getting married in five years or anything of that sort. There were no talks of a breakup either. It was never like... 'Oh, it is over'. Today, we still have a comfort level and we can talk about anything. If there is anything new we do, any advice one of us needs, we call each other first.”

They both are happy in their respective lives, but the online trolls somewhere effect their relationship. Talking about the trolls, Anusha said, “Trolls want us to break up because they love Kritika (his former girlfriend) and Karan together. They were in a TV show. They looked great. They were everybody’s love." Her understanding and friendship with Karan and his ex, is commendable!
We wish happiness in success to Karan, Kritika and Anusha for their future endeavours.
