Kriti Sanon Says Film Business Hasn't Gone Down As Her Movies Did Great, Fan Calls Her 'Delusional'

However, her recent appearance on Nikhil Kamath's WTF podcast, where she made some controversial statements left her fans in shock.

Kriti Sanon disagrees that the film business has gone down in the recent years

Nikhil Kamath invited Kriti Sanon and Badshah to his podcast, where he picked up the topic of Bollywood business. He highlighted that the film business has declined over the past few years, but Kriti confidently disagreed, citing the success of her recent films as evidence that Bollywood is still thriving. Even Badshah agreed with Kriti.

Nikhil then shared his personal experience where one of his friends who has theatres told him that over the past few years, the footfall has decreased. Badshah then understood, Nikhil's point of view and agreed to it. Kriti, however, argued that with time, the expected income from films has increased and even Rs. 100 crore income is not enough, which is why some feel that the film business has decreased.

Someone shared an excerpt from the podcast on Redditt, and people shared that Kriti Sanon is delusional, as everyone knows that the film business has gone down. A user wrote, "He should have started with, for example, Adipurush and then spoken ahead. I am sure the reaction and answers would have been different." While another fan commented, "This interview was like an eye-opener for me about Kriti. She is literally living in some delusional world. She is not at all aware of what is going around her in REAL world."
