According to a report in PEOPLE, Kevin Federline, in his memoir, You Thought You Knew, disclosed a shocking incident about his ex-wife, Britney Spears, which his sons told him about. The ex-husband reportedly penned that his sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, once said to him that they had seen their mother standing in the doorway with a knife in her hand in the middle of the night. The sons reportedly admitted that they saw their mother standing silently in their room before turning around without explanation. The incident reportedly happened a couple of times and scared Sean and Jayden, according to their father's memoir. Federline reportedly penned:

"They would awaken sometimes at night to find her standing silently in the doorway, watching them sleep —' Oh, you're awake?' — with a knife in her hand. Then she'd turn around and pad off without explanation."
