The human heart is so fragile that it can break into pieces with just a few words. The moment we fall in love with someone, we put our heart at risk of getting broken. Still, we fall, without thinking of 'what ifs'. No matter how tough getting over a breakup seems, we all get over it and pick our hearts broken pieces again. We all had gone through the pain of love. It is said that after the storm, comes the brightest sun that makes you forget your every pain. Well, Katrina has come out as a warrior after a tough phase in her life. The actress has always tried to maintain a dignified silence when it comes to her personal life, be it her friends, family or past relationships. However, her breakup with Ranbir Kapoor had led her to a path of self-discovery. And it was her mother, who had helped her get through it.
Last year, Katrina had talked about her breakup with Ranbir and how she came out of it. And we stumbled upon the actress interview with the Mumbai Mirror, wherein she had shared that it was her mother's advice that had helped her move on. She had shared her mother's words and had said, "So many girls and women go through the same thing, you feel you are alone, but you are not."
Earlier in an interview the Mid-Day, Katrina had revealed that if she could, she would have never spoken about her breakup. She had stated that if she had her way, she would have never talked about her relationship with her ex. Katrina had chosen to talk about it because the media was interested in it. She had also shared that she couldn't have dodged the bullet every time and would have sounded rude if she did that. She further added, "So, the best thing was to share the bare minimum I wanted to and be frank enough to accept the reality. We [Kapoor and her] still have respect for each other, and that will not change." (Also Read: Anupam Kher Shares An Update About His Mother, Dulari and Brother, Raju's Battle Against COVID-19)
Katrina is a woman of words, and she has beautifully moved on from her bitter breakup. Currently, there have been rumours that the actress has found love in Uri star, Vicky Kaushal. However, the two have not accepted their relationship in public. On July 16, 2020, Katrina had turned a year older, and Vicky had penned a lovely wish for her. Taking to his Instagram stories, Vicky shared a cute picture of Vicky, and had captioned it as "Happy Birthday @katrinakaif."
