Katrina Kaif Wore Lehenga With Corset-Style 'Choli' For Her BFF's Wedding

Katrina Kaif has been on cloud nine, not because she is expecting a baby with Vicky Kaushal anytime soon. It is because her best friend, Karishma Kohli, got married, and Katrina could not have been happier. Well, it seems like Vicky is not the only person she is close with, as she has an immemorial relationship with her female bestie, Karishma. Katrina shared a few rare, unseen snaps from her friend's wedding celebrations and dedicated a heartfelt post to her.

Katrina Kaif looks like a pataka in her best friend's wedding

Katrina took the centre stage as one of the bride's bestie. She looked stunning, gorgeous in an aqua blue lehenga choli and dupatta. Her traditional attire was comprised of a corset-like sleeveless top, which she teamed with a matching hued dupatta. She did not wear any jewellery and kept her look minimalistic. Katrina posed with her bestie, sister, host and anchor, Mini Mathur and in her post, shared that there was no one like her bestie, whom she met 16 years ago. A part of her long post read:

"Your joy and madness in equal measures grabbed my attention and there’s been no looking back since then. You’ve been forever by my side through the good and the bad, no matter what, you are always there for me ,shiny and bright no matter what is happening in your own life. You truly are a gem of a person and you have the kindest, most generous and courageous soul. My ride or die for life I couldn’t be happier for you and Mikhail, in him you have the most amazing life partner ever. I’m so excited for both of you , your together forever starts now."

Well, it seemed like the actress had a ball of a time at the wedding of her bestie, Karishma. She posted an array of snaps from the wedding festivities that also showcased her sister, Isabelle. The actress looked like a goddess in the corset top and lehenga-like skirt.

Katrina Kaif could not stop dancing on Sasural Genda Phool

At one of Karishma's wedding functions, Katrina did the hooksteps on the Delhi 6 song, Sasural Genda Phool. The original song from the film featured Sonam Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan. Katrina showcased her exemplary friendship by giving an ode to Karishma by recreating the steps of the song. Reportedly, it was her bestie's haldi ceremony, and Katrina had pulled all her guards down.

When Katrina Kaif wished Karishma on her 36th birthday with throwback pictures

Katrina's bestie, Karishma, is a filmmaker, and it was on March 27, 2023, that she turned 36. She had posted an array of pictures with her bestie along with some throwback snaps. Well, in her note, Katrina shared that her friend got the utmost joy in her life. Her sweet note read:

"My darling Karishmaaaaaaaaa it’s your very special 36th birthday, anyone who says otherwise is wrong (smiley). Where would we be without the madness and joy you bring into our lives, your kindness, warmth, and positivity..... through these years I’ve seen you battle so much with so much strength and courage it always serves as an example to me (sic)."

Katrina Kaif is lucky to have a best friend like Karishma Kohli.
