Indian-origin leader, Kash Patel took oath as the new FBI Director on February 22, 2025. The first-generation Indian made a clear statement about his origin by taking oath on the Bhagavad Gita. Pictures of Kash Patel taking oath with the iconic Holy book are all over social media, and people love how he embraces his Indian roots. 

It isn't the first time when Kash Patel has embraced his Indian roots in public. On January 30, 2025, Kash Patel greeted his parents with "Jai Shri Krishna" during the US Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. For the unversed, Kash was born on February 25, 1980, in New York to his Gujarati parents, Pramod Patel and Anjana Patel. In an old interview with a leading publication, Kash Patel's uncle, Premsharan Amin, shared that the FBI Director has a dedicated temple space in his Washington residence.

Kash Patel has idols of Lord Shiva, God Hanuman and Lord Ganesha in his temple space, which speaks volumes about his connection to Sanatan Dharam. His uncle, Premsharan Amin, said, "Kash is a devotee of Shiv, Hanuman and Ganesh. At his apartment in Washington DC, he has a separate temple space dedicated to the gods." Talking more about Kash Patel's roots in India, as per a report in the Economic Times, the FBI Director's family traces its roots to Anand district's Bhadran village in Gujarat. The family migrated from Bhadran to Uganda and then went to Canada before relocating finally to the US.

The famous country singer and conservative speaker won everyone's hearts with the spark she had in her eyes when her boyfriend, Kash Patel, took the oath as FBI Director. Alexis Wilkins also serves as a Capitol Hill press secretary and contributes heavily to 'PragerU', an educational platform.

There are reports that the high-profile couple is planning to move to Washington, DC. For the uninitiated, while Kash is 44, Alexis is 26, and the couple has a big age gap of 18 years.

However, what's interesting is that despite such a huge age difference, Kash Patel and Alexis Wilkins are madly in love with each other. The love story between a federal prosecutor and a country singer is from a romantic Hollywood film. After Alexis appeared at Kash's oath-taking ceremony, rumours about their wedding were all over the internet. However, as of now, there's no update on the same from the couple.
