Pankhuri Awasthy had reposted the picture and had written:

“As an actor, I have been enacting Karwa Chauth-special scenes with my costars, but it’s a beautiful feeling to celebrate it in real life. It’s great to know that your loved one is going to make you feel special on this day. I love everything about this festival – getting up early to have sargi, phir chaand ko dekhna through a sieve and ending your partner’s fast by giving her water – it’s such a wonderful feeling. I will be heading to my home in Kolkata and plan to fast along with Ripci, though I haven’t told her that yet.”
Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai fame, Parul Chauhan had added ‘Thhakar’ to her name after tying the knot with her ‘best-friend-cum-now-hubby’, Cherag Thhakar. “I am really excited about my first Karwa Chauth, but my husband is worried about my health. He has been trying to brainwash me into not keeping the fast. I develop headaches, if I don’t drink tea in the morning. But thankfully, I have managed to convince him.”
Parul Chauhan (now Thhakar), who belongs to UP, is leaving no stone unturned to make her special day grand. She continued:
“The dress is sorted because in our family, we wear the wedding outfit on the first Karwa Chauth. But I am yet to finalise the most exciting part about the festival - the mehndi - I still haven’t zeroed in on a design.”

Last year, he didn’t eat either, which I only came to know at the time of breaking the fast. And I have a feeling that he’s going to do the same this time, too. I will be dressing up in my traditional best, all decked up in jewellery. And this is one of the reasons I love the festival.”

Since I am married in a Marwari family, the celebrations are going to be grand. And I am really excited about my dress. I can’t wear my wedding dress as it was really heavy. I am yet to decide whether I will be wearing a suit or a sari, but it’s going to be dark red.”
