Kartik Aaryan has been making headlines the past few weeks for his new look for his upcoming untitled film with Anurag Basu. The actor has made significant changes to his appearance to play the intense and passionate rockstar for the film, which, for legal reasons, could not be titled Aashiqui 3. After the release of the teaser in February 2025, the audience is thrilled to see what the team has in store.

However, a fan had bigger dreams and a big question for Kartik Aaryan when she met the star on the red carpet of the Zee Cine Awards 2025. According to a video that has been circulating online, the actor graced the award show and was donned in a green-hued matching shirt and lower set that he had paired with a grey T-shirt. 

As he was walking down the red carpet, he saw a fan holding the 'Kartik Marry Me' sign. The actor pauses to interact with his fan, and she is seen putting a ring on Kartik's finger. Soon after, she got down on one knee and asked the actor to marry her. However, the latter ushered her up and gave her a hug, returning the ring as well. The cute interaction between the actor and his fan soon went viral online, and netizens were left in awe.

Several paparazzo channels have shared the video across social media, and netizens have chimed in to share their views. A user penned, "Kartik ne ring bhi wapis kardi." Another wrote, "How lucky she is. I pray one day I'll also meet him like her." Several users jokingly commented congratulations, while others pointed out how the actor looked unrecognisable in his new look. A user said, "Ye Kartik to pehchan mein hi nhi aa rhe hai jaise lag rha hai koi aur hi hai."

It was earlier in March 2025 when Kartik Aaryan was spotted with Sreeleela at his sister, Dr Kritika Tiwari's celebration bash. While the family celebrated the accomplishment, a viral video showed that actress, Sreeleela was also attending the party. Her presence created a wave of speculations online about the actress and Kartik being involved outside of the film.
