Karishma Kotak After Being Proposed By Harshit Tomar Reveals Fake Snapchat Id Created, 'Request You'

Karishma Kotak has hogged the limelight recently. This is because when the South Africa Champions won over the Pakistan Champions in the 2025 World Championship of Legends, things became different for the anchor. Karishma did not expect that on the field of Edgbaston, she would be proposed in front of live audience by Harshit Tomar, the owner of WCL. However, that is not all, as a while back she took to her Instagram Stories to reveal a fake Snapchat ID being created in her name.

Karishma did not expect to be proposed live on air by Harshit after the match, she interacted him professionally. He ended up giving her a cheeky proposal comment, and the video went viral in seconds. Well, Karishma was caught blushing, but now it seems she is in a fit of rage. A while back, she took to her Instagram handle to share that someone had created a fake ID in her name. She clarified that she was not on Snapchat and would take strict action. Her note read:

"A fake Snapchat account has been created pretending to be me. Please know that this is not me and I am not active on Snapchat. If you come across the account I kindly request you to report and block it immediately. Impersonation is not a joke and I am taking necessary steps to address this."

The incident has come into light after a viral video of Karishma and Harshit floated on social media. Karishma was seen asking Tomar how he planned to celebrate the victory of the World Championship of Legends, leaving her totally speechless. Everyone on the internet was talking as Karishma is older than Harshit, and all joked about the proposal spontaneity.

Karishma was 16 when she stepped into the modelling world and carved a niche for herself. It was in 2006 when Karishma was seen in the 2006 Kingfisher Calendar, which gave her a big break and was a stepping stone for her in the modelling domain. Years passed, and Karishma later started working with brands such as Dove, Tanishq, Pond’s, Titan, and Wella Hair Colour, to name a few. Karishma then gained a lot of fame after she entered the controversial reality show, Bigg Boss Season 6, and was also a host on Extraa Innings when IPL season 6 took place.

Karishma's mom is an East African, while her dad is a Gujarati. She also has a younger brother whose name is Sunny and has completed her studies in Advertising and Marketing. It was in 2016 when she got her first break with Kaptaan, and then was seen in Freaky Ali next to Arbaaz Khan. Karishma's last movie in 2024 was IRah.
