Kareena Kapoor Tests Negative For COVID-19, Thanks Saif Ali Khan For Being Locked Inside A Hotel

The popular Bollywood actress, Kareena Kapoor Khan, has tested negative for the coronavirus pandemic. The actress shared the big news on her social media handle and thanked her husband, Saif Ali Khan, for being patient with her during her quarantine phase. For the unversed, Kareena, along with her BFF, Amrita Arora, Maheep Kapoor, and Seema Khan, had tested positive for COVID-19 after they had attended Karan Johar's family party.

For the uninitiated, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan are one of the power couples of Tinseltown. Even after nine years of marriage, they continue to be stronger with each passing day. Blessed with two adorable sons, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan, the star couple is living the best days of their lives.

On December 24, 2021, Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her Instagram stories and revealed that she tested negative for the life-threatening COVID-19. In her official statement, Kareena thanked her sister, Karisma Kapoor, best friend, Amrita Arora, and her massive fanbase for praying for her recovery and health. Going further in the statement, Kareena also revealed that her husband, Saif Ali Khan, had stayed inside a hotel room and had patiently handled the entire situation. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas, an elated actress revealed that she would kiss her babies, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan, like never before. Her statement can be read as:

"I have tested negative for Covid-19. Thank you to my darling sister for being our anchor through this nightmare... My BFF Amrita we did this... my darling friends and family, my Poonie, Naina, and everyone for praying... My fans for your DMs... The BMC for being so amazing and prompt... SRL Dr. Avinash Phadke Labs for being the best... And lastly my dear husband for being so patient to be locked in a hotel room... away from his family. Merry Christmas everybody stay safe! A few moments ago, ANI took to their Twitter handle and revealed that Kareena Kapoor Khan was tested for the upgraded variant, Omicron, through the help of genome sequencing. Showing the result of her tests, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation revealed that Kareena had been tested negative for Omicron. ANI's tweet can be read as:

"Actor Kareena Kapoor Khan's genome sequencing report for Omicron is negative: Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation."

Atop it, Kareena had written:
