Alia Bhatt is riding high on her professional life as the actress has an array of films in her kitty. Alia, who has recently turned producer with her upcoming film, Darlings is enjoying every moment of her life as she is expecting her first child with Ranbir Kapoor. Alia’s pregnancy announcement post two months after her wedding had come as a shocker for many. However, her fans are hooting for the actress for giving equal importance to her professional as well as personal life.
Ever since Alia had announced the news of her pregnancy, a section of society started trolling the actress for embracing motherhood at the peak of her career. From social media to popular advertisement brands, many have taken a dig at Alia. However, the actress has not paid any heed to the same.

In an interview with Mid-Day, actress and Alia Bhatt’s sister-in-law, Kareena Kapoor Khan reacted to trolls targeting Alia for her early pregnancy. Heaping praises on Alia for her ‘coolest’ decision, Kareena said:
“She is promoting her film, looking ravishing as ever. There is no bigger star than her today, and I am not being biased because she is a part of my family. I am saying this because she is a spectacular actor.”
Further in the interview, Kareena lauded Alia for standing up to the most beautiful emotion of having a child even at the peak of her career. In her words:
“She has stood up for the most beautiful [feeling], which is, I want to have a child with the man I love. She wants to experience the most beautiful thing in life, and I love her more for that. I am her fan."

While promoting her upcoming film, Darlings, Alia Bhatt had reacted to trolls questioning her pregnancy. The actress mentioned how people poured in their love when she announced her pregnancy and also talked about the nasty comments she received. Talking about the same, she had said:
“It was a beautiful experience. There was so much love and positivity. We received so much warmth. When you talk about the noisy people, that I expected because every beautiful thing has a detractor. Chaand pe bhi daag hai.”
On the professional front, Alia Bhatt's upcoming film, Darlings is slated to release on Netflix on August 5, 2022!
