"All those who are giving me gyan on the first PM of Bharat should read this screenshot. Here’s some general knowledge for the beginners. All those geniuses who are asking me to get some education must know that I have written, acted in, and directed a film called Emergency, which primarily revolves around the Nehru family. So, no mansplaining please. If I speak way ahead of your IQ, you assume I must be uninformed. Well, the joke is on you, and it’s a lame one!! (yawn)."

Along with her note, Kangana shared a screenshot from one of the online news articles, supporting her statement about Subhash Chandra Bose. In the report, it is mentioned that on October 21, 1943, the freedom fighter Subhash Chandra Bose, popularly known as Netaji, established a government of Azad Hind (Free India) in Singapore. Thereafter, Netaji declared himself as the Prime Minister, the Head of State, and the Minister of War during the announcement amid World War II. Citing support from the lines mentioned in the screenshot of the news article, Kangana gave it back to those who criticised her.
It was during a Times Now summit ahead of the Lok Sabha Election, Kangana graced the event as a member of the BJP. Therein, she mentioned freedom fighter, Subhash Chandra Bose as the first Prime Minister of India. She was heard saying, "Pehle mujhe yeh baat aaj clear karne dijiye. Jab hume azadi mili toh the first Prime Minister of India, Subhash Chandra Bose, woh kahan gae?" Soon, the interviewer corrected her, and said, "Prime Minister nahi the." But Kangana immediately counter-questioned her, "Nahi the kyo. Kaha chale gaye, kyo gayab kar diya. He just disappeared from the face of the earth." And after her interview surfaced online, netizens started reacting to it hugely by questioning her general knowledge and political ability.

Earlier, when the Ambanis hosted the grand pre-wedding ceremony for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, many celebrities were found gracing the event and performing dances. However, Kangana was not spotted attending the event. Thus, after a few days, when the event was over, Kanagana took to her IG stories and shared a screenshot of an article on the late singer, Lata Mangeshkar, which mentioned that the latter never performed at weddings. Afterwards, comparing herself with the late legendary singer, Kangana took an indirect dig at those who performed at the Ambani bash. Elaborating more on it, she penned:
"I have been through worse financial setbacks, but Lata ji and I are only two people who have massive hit songs (fashion ka jalwa, ghani baawli ho gayi, London thumkda, Sadi galli, Vijay bhawa etc.) to our credit. But no matter how many temptations I got I never danced in the weddings, many super hit item songs were also offered to me, soon I avoided award shows also. It takes strong character and dignity to say no to fame and money, in the world of short cuts young generation needs to understand only wealthy one can acquire is the wealth of integrity (thumbs up emoji)."
