Kangana Ranaut is known as the controversy queen of Bollywood. Time and again, she hits the headlines for reports about her alleged rifts with renowned celebrities in Bollywood. But it should also be mentioned that Kangana's comments are also hugely loved and supported by her fans. Thus, she never misses a chance to comment on everything happening around her and give her opinions on them.
Back when Sushant Singh Rajput left the mortal planes after his untimely demise in 2020, Kangana Ranaut had raised her voice and talked about the common grounds between them. Thus, according to India Today, while addressing the Andheri Magistrate court in order to testify in a criminal defamation complaint filed by Javed Akhtar, Kangana recalled Sushant's decision to commit suicide. Kangana mentioned how both she and Sushant hailed from North India, came from science backgrounds and belonged to Rajputs, so the kind of treatment they got in the industry as an outsider was also similar. Finally, mentioning how his suicide affected her, she said:

Further, addressing the legal battle between Kangana and Javed, the actress mentioned that yet in another incident from the year 2016, the veteran lyricist had summoned her to his residence. Kangana mentioned that it was during a public dispute between her and Hrithik Roshan that Javed purportedly called her into his home and issued threats. However, Javed had denied all such claims made by Kangana. Now, citing Javed's stance as a source of depression, trauma, and anxiety, Kangana mentioned how she led towards committing suicide. But when she was asked about the delay in filing a case against Javed, Kangana defended her by saying:
"It was not my nature to target those people who targeted me."
Kangana's statements were recorded. The further proceedings will have the actress undergo a cross-examination by Javed's lawyer, Jay Bharadwaj. This will take place in the next hearing scheduled for March. Moreover, a counter-complaint against Javed was filed by Kangana in 2021, but Akhtar had challenged it in the Dindoshi Sessions court.

On February 21, 2024, Kangana had slammed Twinkle Khanna for the latter's interview. Kangana reposted the video of Twinkle's old interview, wherein the actress-turned-writer stated that women need men just like they need handbags. And Kangana didn't like Twinkle's pun. Thus, Kangana used harsh words and mentioned Twinkle as a 'nepo kid', who got a film career on a golden platter. She penned:
"What are these privileged brats who call their men polythene bags, are they trying to be cool? Nepo kids born with silver spoon, given film careers on golden platters, couldn't do justice to that for sure, least they could do find some joy and fulfilment in selflessness of motherhood that also seems like a curse in their case what exactly do they want to be? Vegetables? Is that feminism?"
