It's because Kaia's list of exes includes some of the current Hollywood hotshots, such as Jacob Elordi, Austin Butler, and Pete Davidson. Now, she is in a relationship with Lewis Pullman. However, a proposal photo of the actress has been going viral, and it's not with him. Here's a fact check on whether Kaia Gerber is engaged or not.

Gossip insider page, Deuxmoi, recently shared a photo on Instagram that has been going viral. The snap shows Kaia getting proposed to by a man who is clearly not her boyfriend, Lewis Pullman. The page posted the image and wrote on it, "Kaia Gerber and Graham Campbell (ring emoji)". However, they also included a caption stating that the image was submitted anonymously, and some fans think it could be Homer Gere.

If the engagement is indeed true and it's Homer who is proposing, then things might take an awkward turn for them at the Christmas family dinner. For the unversed, Kaia's mother, Cindy Crawford, and Homer's father, Richard Gere, were married for nearly five years. 

Is Kaia Gerber engaged to either Graham Campbell or Homer Gere? 

The social media page that shared the image also stated that they don't think that Kaia is engaged. Although the photo shows a man on his knees in front of Kaia, there is a high possibility that it is a joke. Whether it is Graham or Homer, the man is seen pretending to hold an imaginary ring box. His hand is empty. Meanwhile, Kaia, Homer, and Graham have also become close friends since they are shooting for a series called, The Shards. Hence, Kaia is not engaged to one of her co-stars. It's likely a joke.

Kaia and Lewis were linked up in January 2025. However, they maintained their silence on the relationship status until going public in September 2025 with a red carpet appearance. Before Lewis, Kaia was in a relationship with Austin Butler. A source close to the National Enquirer told the portal that Kaia's family, especially her mother, believes Austin used her to make connections in Hollywood. However, Kaia said in the Therapuss podcast that she is in a very healthy relationship with Lewis. The actress shared:

"I really feel like if you have the opportunity to date a friend, do it, because it just is so much better. I would never want to fight with my friends. I never want to be mad at my friends. I respect my friends. It just is a whole other thing."
