During our growing up years, school plays an important role in teaching us some fundamental manners that are deep-rooted in our psyche. But every now then we read on how our education system needs to be better. And the foremost inclusion in education that everyone wants is mental health. It is important for kids to know about mental health, especially in the fast-paced world that we live in where one can easily give in to their issues and problems. While the focus is back on educating children about mental health, the celebs too, are concerned about the same. Single mother, Juhi Parmar had sailed through the rough phase of her life when she had parted with her ex-husband, Sachin Shroff in 2018, with the help of her pillar of strength, her daughter, Samairra. As much as Juhi is taking care of Samairra, the little one too, looks up to her mother and makes sure she is smiling. Juhi and Samairra make for one adorable mother-daughter duo, who spend time with each other by dancing, singing, cooking or baking together.

In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Juhi Parmar highlighted the importance of balancing their role of a good cop and a bad cop to her seven-year-old daughter, Samairra. Speaking on her focus on teaching the importance of failure to her little one, Juhi said, “In school, we teach our children about achievers but they should also be taught about others who tried but failed. When we play any game, Samairra always wants to win. But I told her she needs to fight for it. If she wins, good, if she doesn’t even after trying hard she’s still a winner." Expressing how too many expectations often bogs children down, Juhi stated, “Samairra’s career choices change every week. Now she wants to become a baker. She recently asked, ‘You don’t want me to become an actor right?’ I told her if you become one, I’d be happy or else I’d love to eat cakes baked by you."
We have often seen Juhi Parmar flaunting her forearm tattoo, which has her daughter, Samairra’s name. A few months back, Juhi had revealed for the first time the story behind her ‘Samairra my angel’ tattoo and how her daughter too, had reciprocated in the most adorable way. Juhi had captioned her post as “Love has no bounds! It truly is applicable in my case as today I tell you the story behind my tattoo. For someone who from childhood had a fear of needles to decide to get a tattoo made required quite a lot of courage. How, what, when, why? Well find out how I literally 'moved mountains' and gave myself a gift of a lifetime!” Juhi had shared her ‘The Story Behind My Tattooo’ on her YouTube page too. Sharing two then-and-now collages on her IG handle, Juhi Parmar had talked about how kids never outgrow the arms of their parents as she had recreated her best moments with the best person of her life in the pictures. Juhi had captioned them as "Kids grow up too fast.....Only if as parents we could grow younger so that they never outgrow our arms and we can always carry them no matter how old they are!" and "Recreated the best memory with the best person of my life! No matter how old she becomes, she will always be my little one (my ginni)."
On Mother's Day 2020, the 39-year-old actress had posted three pictures from their mother-daughter photoshoot, where Juhi Parmar and Samairra had twinned in beautiful floral printed pink gown and dress respectively. Captioning the first picture, Juhi had written, "I may have nurtured you and given birth to you but my wings, those came from you....my little one, you have taught me to fly!" The caption of her second post could be read as "Unconditional love and a laughter that makes me melt, your sheer presence brings priceless happiness into my life! Do I believe in magic? Every time I look at you, I say YES!" And the third picture was captioned as "We hear about 7 lifetimes but I ask you, will you be my daughter in each and every lifetime! I love you my little Ginni, thank you for choosing me as your Mumma! #MothersDay."
In May 2020, Juhi Parmar had posted a picture with Samairra and had revealed how the little one had impressed her with the answers about her favourites. Juhi had recalled, "In this lockdown the time we are getting to spend with our children is really a boon! A few days ago we were playing a game named slam book where there was a rapid fire and you must answer your favourites. I was extremely elated when I read Samairra's answers....Fav Leader- Buddha. At her age thinking of Buddha as a leader is quite impressive. She has been inspired by Buddha and does keep reading his books and stories. Her favourite sports personality she said is MaryKom and her favourite shopping destination is Crosswords. Again I was surprised because at her age I would have guessed a toy store but because she loves to read she prefers books shopping. Kids amaze us sometimes with maturity beyond their age, isn't it? I am using this lockdown to spend as much time as I can with her and everyday is a new learning, a new exploration, a new facet of their personality opening up its wings in front of us! Usually we are too busy in our day to day fast paced lives to observe but its now that we can pause, we can enjoy and truly savor their childhood!"
