Josh Hokit Engages In Verbal Fight With Jiri Prochazka, Threatens To Cut Him Down At UFC 327 Event

The 28-year-old Josh Hokit is an undefeated American professional mixed martial artist. He is competing in the Heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fight Championship. He is a football player and a former standout wrestler, currently gaining limelight for his verbal fight on the media day of UFC 327.

On April 8, 2026, Josh Hokit's name was embroiled in another controversy. It all started after he engaged in a verbal spat with Jiri Prochazka. The incident occurred in a hotel lobby before the media day event of UFC 327. In a clip that has been going viral, Josh made unusual and provocative comments and jokes. He even threatened Jiri to cut him off. With a prop in his hand, Hokit said:

"I’ll cut you up with this lightsaber, homie. And then f*cking stitch your head on Alex Pereira’s body, homie."

Meanwhile, Prochazka tried not to give any heed to him and simply told him to stay where he was, while Hokit kept speaking in an unusual and strange way, leaving many present in shock. The situation was surprising as the two fighters are not even in the same weight category. While Prochzaka competes in the light heavyweight division, Hokit fights as a heavyweight.

Hokit was heard saying:

"Listen, I’m going to take out No. 4 and I’m going to saw off his head and put it on Alex Pereira’s body and then I’m going to take No. 3 and stitch it to the anus of No. 2 and then I’m going to take No. 2’s head and stick it the anus of No. 1, creating some type of ‘human centipede’ where ‘The Incredible Hok’ will put it on a leash and walk it in his front yard."

He further started abusing and ranting. He even went on to give threats, leaving many in disbelief. Hokit was quoted as saying:

"I’m just letting everybody know how f*cking down I am, homie. ’m the downest vato in the world, homie. … I’m f*cking down, dog. I don’t care who you are, dog. We can make an open division and we can all fight, dog. Cutting weight’s for cowards, homie. Straight up, the down vato doesn’t f*cking cut no weight, homie. Straight up, dog."
