Winner Of 'America's Got Talent' Jessica Sanchez To Headline Las Vegas Showcase, 'Look At My Life..'

America’s Got Talent (AGT) is one of the most loved reality shows in the world, which gives everyday people a chance to showcase their talent and one contestant wins a big prize. Over the years, several singers, dancers, magicians and more have come on the AGT platform. Recently, AGT Season 20 ended on a happy note as a nine-month pregnant singer, Jessica Sanchez, was crowned the winner.

Jessica Sanchez won USD 1 Million

Jessica Sanchez's win seems like a full circle moment for the singer, as she first appeared on America's Got Talent at the age of 10 and now years later, she returned to the same show, but this time emerged as the winner of it. At the AGT Season 20 audition, Jessica performed on Beautiful Things and judge, Sofia Vergara gave her the golden buzzer. After the semifinals of AGT Season 20, Jessica gave an interview to Us Weekly, in which she said:

"Look at my life. I started when I was 10 years old on AGT, and here I am 20 years later, and those 20 years were full of highs and lows. It’s been a struggle, but I believed in myself and kept pushing, and here I am now more blessed than ever. You just have to keep believing."

After the audition, Jessica revealed about her pregnancy. Later, across the live shows, Jessica sang several popular songs like Ordinary, Golden Hour and more, but in the grand finale, she performed on Die With A Smile, which brought her the win. Jessica won USD 1 million cash, which normally winners do not get at once. Usually, the amount is paid as an annuity over 40 years. 

Jessica Sanchez got the chance to headline Las Vegas Showcase

Apart from the cash, Jessica's actual win was the chance to headline Las Vegas showcase, which is an AGT Live show on the Vegas Strip where champions perform multiple nights. The show gives exposure to upcoming talents, as it is ticketed and the visibility there and can turn the artist into a star, which the prize money cannot. Apart from this, the season' winner package reportedly also included promotional perks like an all-expenses trip to Universal’s new Epic Universe theme park.

Jessica Sanchez is a popular singer, actress and performer, with a career spanning over a decade. Apart from singing, she has made appearances on shows like Glee, where she showcased her acting and singing skills. On the personal front, she is married to Rickie Gallardo, who has been her biggest support system. On September 15, 2025, Jessica took to her Instagram handle to announce the ninth month of her pregnancy. Her post can be read as:

"Today I officially step into my 9th month of pregnancy. My heart is overflowing with gratitude for all the love and kind words that have been pouring in. I never imagined I’d be spending these final weeks of pregnancy away from home, in the middle of such an exciting competition. I truly believe God’s plan is greater than my own. This journey has been so unexpected, yet so beautiful, and I wouldn’t have it any other way."
