Jennifer Winget is one of the most popular and loved names in the television industry. She rose to fame, courtesy some of her exceptional television shows and OTT series, including Beyhadh, Bepannah, Dill Mill Gaye, Code M, Saraswatichandra, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Raisinghani Vs Raisinghani and many others. In her personal life, the diva was earlier married to actor, Karan Singh Grover, however they got divorced in 2014.
In a recent interaction with Times Now, Jennifer Winget revealed how she was supposed to be a part of the popular web series, The Night Manager, that featured Bollywood’s handsome hunk, Aditya Roy Kapur as the main lead. The actress revealed that she gave a rigorous round of audition for the main female lead, only to end up losing it to Sobhita Dhulipala. Jennifer mentioned that while she was quite enthusiastic about the project, she was rendered unhappy and upset over the rejection. She narrated:

“Aisa bahut baar huya hai. And I loved the original show. I had auditioned for Sobhita's role and the show had Aditya Roy Kapur! But it’s okay. Of course, you feel upset and sad but life goes on and something better comes along. I truly believe it that every time something has not worked out for me, something even better has happened.''

Earlier, during an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Jennifer Winget opened up about her divorce from ex-husband, Karan Singh Grover after almost ten years. The actress remarked how both of them weren’t quite ready with the suddenness of the decision, since they had been best friends for a long time even before marriage. Moreover, she also elaborated on how she felt socially excluded after the divorce announcement, and closed all doors to the outside world. In her words:
“I think both of us were not ready. It’s not just him or it's not just me, both of us weren’t ready to take that step. We had been friends for so long. I was so lost and confused that I didn’t know what to tell people or how to process that. I remember my friends used to force me to go out and I’m like I don’t want to go.”
Well, even after her divorce, Jennifer Winget has maintained a positive outlook when it comes to dealing with her past. Be it her personal or professional life, the actress has always maintained her humility no matter what. Previously, during an interaction with SpotBoye, Jennifer was asked about her take on her ex-husband, Karan Singh Grover moving on in life with Bollywood actress, Bipasha Basu. When asked about her reaction if she were to bump into them accidentally, Jennifer remarked that she would greet them cordially and wish them all the luck for their new life together.
