Jeetendra Slips And Falls At Zarine Khan's Prayer Meeting Netizens Say, 'Iss Umar Mei..'

Sussanne Khan's mother, Zarine Khan, left for heavenly abode on November 7, 2025, after suffering a cardiac arrest. Zarine was the wife of Sanjay Khan, and her last rites were done as per Hindu rituals. A prayer meeting was kept in Mumbai on November 10, 2025 which was attended by veteran actor, Jeetendra. However, a minor mishap happened at the meeting as Jeetendra slipped and fell on the ground.

Jeetendra was seen entering the venue of Zarine Khan's prayer meeting. He had worn a beige-hued kurta with white shoes and was looking at the array of paps who were clicking his pictures. Jeetendra did not see that the entrance of the prayer meeting was a little elevated. The veteran actor lost his balance and fell on the side. As seen in the video three people including the security guard came to pick up the actor. Thankfully, there weren't any major injuries, and Jeetendra was able to walk on his feet. He looked startled, and when he fell, he was seen looking at his phone. His fans on the social media started expressing concerns. They wrote, "Oh my god" while a user wrote, "Iss umar mei kisi ko unko shara dena chahiye, haath thamna chahiye." A user commented, "Dekh ke bhai umar horahi hai." 

Jeetendra did not get any injury after the fall

Speaking of Jeetendra, as seen in the clip, he was seen coming out of his car and walking towards the venue. His fall happened as he lost his footing on a step, as seen in the clip; his attention was more towards the paps than focusing on his steps. However, he received instant help and later looked like he would not get any injury. On the other side, Zarine Khan's former son-in-law, Hrithik Roshan along with Rani Mukerji, Jackie Shroff and many more were seen in the prayer meeting. The prayer meeting of Zarine Khan took place at the JW Marriott Hotel in Mumbai and saw an array of Bollywood stars. Apart from Hrithik Roshan, his girlfriend, Saba Azad, and Malaika Arora, Helen, Aly Goni, Jasmin Bhasin, Rajat Bedi, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Esha Deol, Salim Khan, Fardeen Khan, and many more had arrived to pay their respects. 

Who was Zarine Khan?

Zarine Khan passed away at the age of 81 and was facing age-related health complications. Her funeral was held on the same day that she passed away. Zarine's son, Zayed, looked broken while performing her last rites at Juhu Crematorium in Mumbai. It was conducted as per Hindu customs. For the unversed, Zarine Khan was born in a Parsi family as Zarine Katrak in Bengaluru. She was a famous model, interior designer, and also an actress who got fame back in the 1960s and the 1970s.

Zarine's beauty was ethereal, and she was one of the first faces who had shaped the landscape of the fashion and advertising domain of the Indian industry. Zarine was also seen in Hindi films and had important roles in films such as Tere Ghar Ke Samne (1963) where she was seen with Dev Anand. Zarine had also authored cookbooks and lifestyle-related articles. Well beyond her on-screen image, Zarine was known to be the wife of Sanjay Khan.
