Shah Rukh Khan is globally famous for his charm and acting. Lovingly called the "Baadshah of Bollywood", the actor has appeared in over 100 movies in his career. With his roles in movies like Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, and Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, he has been the celebrity crush of generations.
Women want a man like Shah Rukh Khan, men want to be like him and actors hope to be him, making him one of the most imitated actors in the industry. So what happens when a Japanese man perfectly mimics the actor? The internet goes ga-ga over him, and rightfully so.
In the trending video, the Japanese man, who also happens to share an uncanny resemblance to the star is seen mimicking the actor’s famous movie dialogue, “I love you Meenamma” and “If you want something in life, you have to lose something” from the movie, Chennai Express.

This video was shared by an Instagram page almost a week ago and since has gone viral. Gaining over 50,000 likes and has been shared almost 19,000 times. Instagram users love the video and appreciate the lightsome fun.
The comment section is filled with casual humour, light sarcasm, and demand for more content. While most users shared their desire for the influencer to mimic more actors, some suggested that his voice resembles ‘Oggy’ from the cartoon, Oggy and the Cockroaches.
In September 2023, the Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge actor announced that his 2023 superhit movie, Jawan is scheduled to make its debut in Japanese theatres in November. The actor took to Instagram, on September 12, 2024, sharing an Instagram post captioned:
“Ek kahani justice ki...vengeance ki...villain aur hero ki...Ek kahani Jawan ki...Aa rahi hai Japan ke theatres mein pehli baar!!! Toh ab reh gaya bas ek sawaal- Ready-ah? The fire & action you all loved is making a massy massy massy arrival in Japan!
#Jawan hits the screens in Japan on 29th Nov, 2024!”
IG users are in awe of the man and asking for the mimic's Instagram ID, which is still unknown. The man’s only social media account mentioned is his TikTok account which sadly the Indian population can't access since the app was banned in 2020 by the government along with fifty-eight other Chinese apps.
If we can conclude anything from this video, it is that our King Khan is loved beyond the boundaries of this country and talent is appreciated beyond the confines of a nation. We hope Japanese SRK finds his way to Instagram so his Indian likers can enjoy more content and shower him with some love and appreciation.
I am off to find more content to entertain myself with. Let us know your thoughts about the viral video.
