Janhvi Kapoor has risen to meteoric fame ever since her debut in 2018. From Dhadak to Mr. & Mrs. Mahi, the actress has showcased her versatility in every role she has played to date. Apart from her professional feats, Janhvi's personal life, too, has garnered attention repeatedly. Recently, the 27-year-old talked about her plans to make her relationship official with her beau, Shikhar Pahariya.
Well, it wasn't Janhvi but her father, Boney Kapoor, who confirmed that his darling daughter had been in a relationship with Shikhar. After the announcement, the actress was spotted numerous times with her boyfriend. In an interview with Pinkvilla's Masterclass, Janhvi was asked about her plans to make her relationship official with Shikhar, she said:

"I am very happy in my life right now. Neither I nor him has any time for multiplication right now."

In the same conversation, someone from the audience suggested that Janhvi and Shikhar's hashtag should be 'Jassie'. However, the actress did not quite like the suggestion. She then playfully suggested a hashtag, which was 'Janhvar' (Janhvi+Shikhar). This led the audience to break into massive laughter.
Previously, while conversing with Hauterrfly, Janhvi mentioned that she would often have mood swings during her periods. Further, the actress shared how PMSing (Premenstrual Syndrome) had impacted her relationship with Shikhar. For the unversed, the two used to date even before Janhvi stepped into showbiz. But they had parted ways only to reconcile a few years ago.

Janhvi revealed that she would break up with Shikhar every now and then during the initial years of getting her periods. She shared that the latter would be in utter shock for the first few times when it happened, but later, he got used to it. Sharing that she would go back to him crying after two days of break up, Janhvi said:
"In the couple of years of my periods, every month I would break up with this person. The first two or three months, he would be in shock, but after that, he would be like, ‘Yes, okay,’ and after two days, I would go back to him crying and saying sorry. I wouldn’t understand why my brain was working like this. It was very extreme."
