Janhvi Kapoor, the daughter of Boney Kapoor and legendary actress, Sridevi, skips no chance to showcase her love for her family. On the occasion of her mother and late actress, Sridevi's 61st birth anniversary, Janhvi was spotted visiting Tirupati, a tradition that was set by her mother. Hence, she proved that she isn't just carrying her mother's legacy professionally but also carrying forward her mother's traditional beliefs.
On August 13, 2024, Janhvi Kapoor and her boyfriend, Shikhar Pahariya, were spotted offering their prayers at the Tirupati temple on the occasion of Sridevi's birth anniversary. In a video shared by ANI, the actress looked beautiful in a yellow saree paired with a blue blouse and traditional South Indian jewellery. Meanwhile, her boyfriend Shikhar was wearing a veshti. They bowed down in front of the idol while offering their prayers.

Moreover, Janhvi also took to her Instagram account to share a post commemorating her mother, Sridevi's 61st birth anniversary. The first picture of the post was that of the stairs of Tirupati temple. The next glimpse featured a throwback photo of Janhvi with her mother from her childhood days.

On the other hand, Sridevi's younger daughter and actress, Khushi Kapoor also shared a throwback picture from her childhood. In the photo, the legendary actress was seen posing with her two adorable daughters, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. While Janhvi was in a rather jovial mood when the picture was taken, Khushi and Sridevi were more poised. The Archies actress posted the picture on her Instagram stories sans a caption.
Back on Sridevi's 60th birth anniversary, Janhvi Kapoor penned a lengthy note to commemorate her mother's special day. In the note, the actress mentioned that Sridevi's favourite place was film sets and shared that she was also on a set on her birthday. Janhvi shared a black-and-white picture of Sridevi with her mother along with the note.
