Janhvi Kapoor now has another reason to go viral on social media, courtesy our actress-turned-politician and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi actress, Smriti Irani. Current Textiles Minister and former HRD Minister, Smriti Irani has shared a Boomerang with Janhvi Kapoor. First, take a look:

Smriti Irani's caption to the above post has taken social media by storm. It seems that Janhvi had been calling Smriti 'aunty' for a long time! LOL! Smriti has captioned the post as, "The someone shoot me” moment —When #jahnvikapoor sweetly apologises for continuously calling you aunty and you say “ koi baat nahi beta “ #totalsiyapa, ye Aaj kal ke bachche #auntykiskobola."
As soon as the politician and former actress posted the Boomerang, netizens started commenting and calling her names. A user commented, "Ab Auntie ko Auntie nahi to Kya Baby bolenge,Why they are offended with Aunty I don't understand.", and another wrote, "Samriti ji aap politics mai kyu aa gayi apko tv serials mai hi rehna chaiye tha kum se kum aap maintain toh rehti. Last year, in 2017, talking about her career in the television industry and the eventual destiny of politics, Smriti Irani had commented, "I have been associated with television for over 20 years now. Television gave me a platform to enter Indian political space and I will be forever grateful for that. Also, Ekta Kapoor spotted me among the many young girls who had come for an audition and selected me despite her team having rejected me as not fit for TV." Smriti had further added, "In 2007, when I was the anchor at the ITA Awards, I had invited the then Information and Broadcasting Minister on stage. So life has come a full circle for me to be invited on this stage as the serving Information and Broadcasting Minister."
Coming back to Janhvi Kapoor, the 21-year-old actress had her debut with Dharma Productions' Dhadak starring opposite Ishan Khatter. Janhvi will next be seen Karan Johar's Takht and Gunaj Saxena's biopic. Recently, commenting on signing Takht, Janhvi shared with the Times of India, "What can I say? I am still in shock. It hasn't sunk in yet. It's a big deal for me and I am so eternally grateful and feel so blessed that Karan (Johar) has allowed me to be part of this journey. I am so excited and hope to do a good job... I am just overwhelmed right now."
Further opening up about her debut and its staggering box-office collections, Janhvi shared, "I am very happy and flattered. "I hope that more people go, watch and like the film. Achieving the Rs 100 crore mark at the box-office means that a lot of people have watched our film and showered their love upon our characters and the story. I hope that we have affected people with our work so, I am very happy with the response that we have got so far. It is a very special moment for us and it can't get bigger than this."
