The moment a guy or a girl starts off with their job, the very next question that every relative or acquaintance have on their mind is ‘Beta shaadi kab kar rahe ho?’ We all can relate to this because either this has happened with us or with our elder sibling or with our friend. People start to send in rishtas and God forbids if you cross the age of 25, the spouse dhundho mission starts on a full swing. While this is the typical marriage talks every Indian household deals with, there is one actor, who has effortlessly dealt with this question all his life and people are still after him. We are talking about none other than Salman Khan. (Also Read: Abhishek Shares A 1981 Video, When Big B Had Introduced Him And His Shweta 'Di' To The World)
Salman Khan is 54-years-old yet the question about his marriage always surface the media interaction. His friends from fraternity also often ask him about his marriage plans and everybody is curious to know about his love life. Fans always wish to know about, who he is seeing and when will he get married. It’s been really long that the media rumours are on rife that Salman Khan is dating Iulia Vantur. Though the two have never accepted their relationship, Iulia is often spotted with Salman Khan and his family and makes sure to be with the family through thick and thin. Currently, Iulia is spending the quarantine with Salman Khan at his Panvel farmhouse, along with other friends and family member.
During a conversation with Bollywood Hungama, a fan asked Iulia to marry Salman Khan. The comment can be read as, “Ma’am aap Salman Sir se Shadi Karlo. (Please get married to Salman Sir.)” Iulia blushed on the question and revealed that often people ask her the same question, even her parents have asked her the same. She said, “I think it is more about how people feel about each other. Spending time together is more important than any other stuff. At one point I was asked the same question on and on and on. Even my parents were asking when you are going to get married.”
She further recalled asking her mother, “Do you want me to be happy, or do you want me to get married?" as she can get married just like that to anyone tomorrow. Iulia said, “So that was the last time she ever asked me about it. So I think it is more important to be happy with someone and spend quality time with someone and to have a good connection with someone.”
Talking about Salman Khan’s take on marriage, he has often clarified his stand. In a June 2019, interview with the Bombay Times, Salman had expressed his disbelief in marriages. He was quoted as saying, “I don’t believe in marriage. I think it’s a dying institution. I don’t believe in it at all. Companionship? Yes.” However, when he was further probed to tell about embracing fatherhood, he quipped, “When it has to happen, it will happen.” (Recommended Read: Anil Kapoor Plays Carrom With Wife, Sunita, Son-In-Law, Anand Ahuja Makes A Sarcastic Remark)

Salman has answered the question about his marriage quite often. Earlier he was quoted as saying, "Wo mere paas uska koi jawab nahi hai, mujhe iss baat se bahut khushi hoti hai ki bahut sare logo ko meri shaadi ki chinta hai, pareshani hai, lekin mujhe hairat yeh hoti hai ke meri shaadi se inka kya faayda hoga. Toh aisa koi jawab hai hi nahi, haan ka bhi nahi, naa ka bhi nahi, maybe ka bhi nahi, lekin jis waqt hogi, hogi, nahi hogi toh nahi hogi.”
He had further added, “Main bahut khush hoon, main bahut zyaada khush hoon (I am happy about the fact that people are concerned about my wedding, but it makes me wonder what good will it to do to people who are so concerned about my marriage. I don’t have an answer, neither yes, no or maybe. If it happens, it happens. If it doesn’t, then it doesn’t. I am very happy, very very happy. Seriously)!” (Don't Miss: Adnan Sami Wishes His 'Jaan', Medina On Her 3rd Birthday, Says Trying Times Won't Lessen My Joy)
