For the unversed, on November 13, 2025 (ET), Cardi B announced the arrival of the little one through an Instagram post. This is her first child with her boyfriend, Stefon Diggs. Cardi B welcomed a baby boy with her boyfriend and NFL star, Stefon Diggs. Cardi B shares three children with her estranged husband, Offset.

According to multiple reports, Cardi B is still legally married to American rapper, Offset. In 2024, Cardi B filed for a divorce from Offset, but it hadn’t been finalised yet. Earlier in 2020, the mom of four children filed for divorce from Offset for the first time. In September 2025, Cardi B claimed that they hadn’t finalised their divorce due to financial constraints. During a livestream on X Spaces (formerly Twitter), Cardi B explained why she is still married to Offset even after filing for a divorce a year ago. She was quoted as saying:

"The only reason why I’m still married is because somebody wants me to pay for their taxes. The only way I can get out of my marriage is if I pay for somebody else’s taxes, even though I pay for my own, and give them one of my properties. I’m fighting for that. I’m not gonna live my life because on a contract, I’m practically still married because somebody wanna hold me hostage if I don’t give them millions of dollars to get out of it. So, that’s what I’m going through in life."

She highlighted that she did the right thing for the first time, and it has made her happy. She was quoted as saying:

"I have three kids with one man that I married. Yes, I'm having a baby with somebody else. So what? That happens, it's life. Let me tell you something — I did things the correct way the first time. I fell in love. I got two rings on my finger. I lasted seven years, seven years that I didn't have to last with somebody. I lasted seven years in a marriage. Stop saying, Oh, but you're still married. No, I'm legally separated."
