Imran Khan's Ex-Wife, Reham Revealed His Affair With A Top-Notch Bollywood Actress, It Is Not Rekha

Former Pakistani Prime Minister and a dashing cricketer, Imran Khan hardly needs any recognition. He served as the 22nd Prime Minister of Pakistan from August 2018 to April 2022. He is also the founder and former chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) political party. Just as his professional and political life, Imran’s personal life too did a lot of talking.

Imran Khan’s scintillating affair with a top-notch Bollywood actress

Bollywood corridors are filled with the association of former cricketer, Imran Khan with many leading Indian actresses. From an impending wedding with Rekha to flings with Shabana Azmi and Moon Moon Sen. But Reham, in her memoir, mentions a leading lady, who was rumoured to be dating Imran, but no other details were revealed.

After her marriage to Imran, he confided in his journalist wife, Reham, about his Bollywood affair. Penning details about the actress without mentioning her name, Reham penned:

“Considered to be one of the sexiest heroines of all time, there had been rumours of Imran and her. We had heard these whilst we were growing up. Imran confirmed to me that they were true.”

Going further in the memoir, Reham mentioned that Imran often painted the women he dated in a bad light. Talking about the Bollywood heroine, the former cricketer told his wife that the actress was obsessed with him and followed him. In her words:

“He told me how he met her in Bombay, had his fill, and moved on. But, according to Imran, the lady followed him to London and became clingy. Her boyfriend at the time had reportedly hit her in front of his guests at a party in a hotel, and so badly that her eye was left with permanent damage.”

When Reham checked with her inside sources whether Imran’s story about the actress was true, she learned that it was the other way around. It was Imran who had chased her, and she was very generous to him financially, sending him some of the most expensive gifts.

Once when Zeenat went to the hotel Taj to meet Sanjay Khan, he was partying with his wife, Zarine, and a few other guests. As soon as Sanjay found out that Zeenat had entered the hotel to meet him in the presence of his wife, Zarine Katrak, the director lost it all and thrashed her inside the hotel room. It was also alleged that Zeenat was brutally beaten by Sanjay.

It was also reported that during the beating, Sanjay lost his cool and thrashed Zeenat’s head a few times, which damaged one of her eyes permanently. As soon as the incident made it into the news and Zeenat’s doctor told a publication in an interview that Sanjay had also given her a black eye in the past.

Years later, when a journalist had asked Zeenat about her past relationship with Imran, she had replied:
