Bigg Boss 15 ex-contestants, Ieshaan Sehgal and Miesha Iyer, had become the talk of the town ever since they had entered the house. The couple had made news with their mushy romance in the most controversial reality show, and Ieshaan had sealed the deal with Miesha as he had proposed to her inside the house. Miesha had reciprocated his love and had accepted his proposal. Therefore, the couple had made their relationship official within two weeks.
While the host of the show, Salman Khan, had warned Ieshaan Sehgal before rushing into a relationship with Miesha, he was determined about going ahead with it. Not only that, when his long-time friend, Rajiv Adatia, had entered Bigg Boss 15 as the wild-card contestant and had told him that his family won't approve of his relationship with Miesha, he did not even pay heed to his friend's advice.

In the last week, Ieshaan Sehgal and Miesha Iyer were evicted from Bigg Boss 15, one after the other. After coming out of the house, the duo faced a lot of questions about the credibility of their relationship. However, in an interview with The Hindustan Times, Ieshaan shared that he talked about Miesha with his family, and they are eager to know her in person. He said:
“Yesterday, I had a word with my sister and she said ‘I want to speak with Mimi (Miesha) and they had a chat. I also talked to mom and she told me they really likes Miesha. It is nothing like they do not like her or won’t accept her. In fact, I am planning to make my mom and sister meet Miesha in the next seven to ten days. Everything is going fantastic.''
When Ieshaan was asked about not paying any heed to his friend, Rajiv Adatia's advice to stay away from Miesha, the former explained his disappointment on how the latter had put forward the things in front of him. Talking about the same, Ieshaan said:
“I believe that he was concerned about me as a friend. But, the way he said it was wrong and he even apologised to me later. He said he was sorry. The way I said things, that was also wrong. I think he should have tried to explain things in a softer manner, things would have been sorted but he said something and then explained it seven days later.”

“The things he told me, things he said about Miesha and my family. I was affected a lot. He said my family won’t accept Miesha, my sister does like Miesha...My mental health was affected by all that he said. I went into a shell, I was very disturbed. I am a sensitive person who will react when told such things. My family matters to me a lot, Miesha matters to me. When I was told my family won’t accept her, It became a burden to me.”
Earlier, when director, Farah Khan had joined the host, Salman Khan, she was briefed about the brewing romance between Ieshaan and Miesha. Taking a dig at their fast-paced love, Farah had said that by the third week they would get married inside the show and plan babies by the finale. She had said:
"Love at first sight toh suna tha, ye toh love at first night hai. Third week mein shaadi fir finale tak bacche.''
