IAF Pilot Siddharth Yadav's Engagement Video 10 Days Before Death Surfaces, Looks Happy With Fiancee

Flight Lieutenant, Siddharth Yadav left a hollow in everyone's hearts as he bid farewell to the world due to a jet crash. Siddharth showcased his bravery and sacrificed his life by saving his co-pilot along with several others' lives. It was on April 2, 2025, when the Jaguar aircraft lost control after Siddharth and others were out for a night training. Well, later, it was known that Siddharth was about to get married within a few months, and he had only been engaged 10 days before. Now, a clip of his engagement has been doing rounds online, leaving all sad.

Recently, a clip of Siddharth Yadav and his fiancee, Sonia Yadav made rounds on social media. The clip was from their engagement. For the day, Siddharth wore a shimmery black-toned kurta, while Sonia looked pretty in a yellow-toned lehenga. The couple looked delighted as they were all set to embark on a new journey. Siddharth was seen kneeling down on his knees and giving Sonia a bouquet, and the video spoke volumes about the love they share among them. Reportedly, the couple's marriage was fixed on March 23, 2025, and their engagement took place on March 31, 2025, while the date of the wedding was in November 2025.

Earlier, several clips of Sonia made rounds on social media. In one of the clips, she could be seen hugging the coffin of her fiance, Siddharth, and breaking down in tears. She addressed him by saying 'baby'. Sonia, in an emotional state, said that Siddharth hadn't come, although he told her that he would come to take her. In some other clips, she was seen being questioned about Siddharth's demise and his bravery in saving the entire village. She replied that she had nothing to say and there was nothing more that a girl could be proud of. She also added that she would always be proud of him, just like she had been.

As per a report by Republic World, Sonia talked about her bond with Siddharth. When asked about their bond, Sonia said that her fiance, Siddharth's bond with her can never be explained in words. She further added that on their engagement day even, Siddharth resumed work, and that's how committed he is to the nation. She also added that she would always carry Siddharth in her heart and would always be proud of him.

Siddharth Yadav's demise

On April 2, 2025, Siddharth Yadav was out for a night training mission in Jamnagar. No sooner, than the training began, the jet lost control. It was Siddharth's split-second decision that he steered the jet to an open land. If not, then the jet would crash down in a locality, causing a catastrophic crash. Not only did he save the villagers' lives, but also he ensured that his co-pilot was saved by ejecting him before the jet caught fire.
