The mortal remains of popular Odia singer, Humane Sagar have reached his native village located in Deng. In a piece of sad news, Humane, at the mere age of 34, passed away on November 17, 2025, at AIIMS Bhubaneshwar. He was undergoing treatment after suffering from a long illness and was known for his contribution to Odia music. Now, Humane's mortal remains reached his village in Deng and reportedly, elderly villagers had gathered to pay their last respect.
According to a report by Odia TV, an ambulance had arrived at Deng that carried the body of Humane. Elderly villagers reportedly gathered to discuss memories of Humane's childhood. They had come to offer their last respects and remembered the time when Humane had become one of the most famous playback singers. For the unversed, Humane was born on November 12, 1990. His mom, Shefali Suna has been a music teacher while his father, Ravi Sagar, a music composer. Humane came from a musical background and was raised in that kind of environment. Humane's younger brother, at the age of 22, passed away due to COVID-19, and his dad had also succumbed to the same. Humane was a student at St Anne's School in Titlagarh and married Shreya Mishra in 2017.

Humane will always be known for his work in the Odia music domain. According to an earlier report by The Times of India, Humane had been admitted on October 14, 2025, at AIIMS Bhubaneshwar and was taken to the emergency department, who was also in a critical state. Doctors had to then shift the late singer to the ICU department, and various investigations were carried out on him. The reports revealed that despite giving medical care, his condition had kind of deteriorated.

AIIMS Bhubaneshwar confirmed that the condition of Humane had shown a downward trend from the time he was admitted to the hospital. The doctors confirmed that it was at 9.08 p.m. on November 17, 2025, when Humane passed away, and the cause of demise was multi-organ dysfunction. The statement also mentioned that aggressive treatment of the singer was going on till the last breath of Humane.

Humane had been suffering from liver-related complications, multi-organ failure. He became famous post he won Voice of Odisha Season 2 back in 2012. Humane had crooned over 150 movie songs and had 200 album tracks under his name. His hit songs include Ishq Tu Hi Tu, O Sehzadi, which resonated with the fans. Titlagarh folks are mourning the singer's death.

Humane Sagar's fans are at a loss for words after learning of his death. His last post on Instagram amid this became viral on social media. Humane was seen singing Bhagya Rekha inside a radio kind of studio. The video had singer, Amrita Nayak and fans in the comments section wrote, "RIP. Thanks for making our college days memorable." Few others wrote, "Will miss your voice. The last song by Humane Sagar." Humane Sagar's last song was composed by Situ Rath, while Sangram Jeet had written the song. Since Humane passed away, all his fans have been sharing his last song video and have been writing condolences messages in the comments section.
