Honey Singh Takes A Brutal Dig At His Old Rival, Badshah, Reportedly Abuses Him, 'Comeback Tujhe..'

Honey Singh is a famous rapper who never skips a chance to win the hearts of his fans with his electrifying performances. The Blue Eyes singer often leaves his fans grooving on the floor with his skills. Well, recently, the singer had a concert in Mumbai, wherein he ended up taking digs at Badshah. Honey Singh and Badshah's rivalry dates back a long time, and over the years, they have taken jibes at each other. In his recent concert, Honey Singh didn't hold it back, and took a dig at his rival, and even reportedly abused him.

During a recent concert in Mumbai, Honey Singh addressed the audience and stated that many people had called him 'brother', while others said that he would have no comeback. The rapper remarked on how he even heard people saying that they had written songs for him and would write future for him. Honey Singh then made a shayari for these people and said that last year, his luck had broken a lot of people's pride, and now that person needs a comeback. Well, it was seemingly a dig at Badshah. Honey Singh also reportedly hurled abuse. Honey Singh can be quoted as saying:

"Woh kehta hai ki mera comeback nahi ho raha. Aur phir kehte hai ki woh mere gaane likhte the. Aur phir kehte hai woh meri taqdeer likh denge. Main us pe ek shair sunau, video banana aur usko (Badshah) tag karna. Pichle saal meri taqdeer ne, kaio ke garoor hai tode. Ab tujhe comeback karna padega..."

When Honey Singh took a dig at Badshah's freestyle rap

It was a few months back when, on Indian Idol 15, Badshah demonstrated his freestyle rap. He was seen rapping about various street foods. Well, it was Honey Singh who didn't miss the opportunity to take a jibe at Badshah. He re-shared the video on his IG handle and took a dig at his freestyle rap. He said that he wanted someone to write this kind of lyrics for him, and then he would be able to make his fortune. Taking a jibe at Badshah, Honey Singh wrote:

"Aise lyrics likhwane hai bass taqdeer ban jayegi meri."

Honey Singh and Badshah's rivalry

Honey Singh and Badshah went down their separate ways back in 2009 after their hip-hop collective, Mafia Mundeer. As per several reports, their creative differences and egos created a crack between them. After that, Badshah took indirect digs at Honey Singh in his songs, and the latter, too didn't hold it back. After his comeback, he sat for an interview with The Lallantop, wherein he was asked if he felt bad or angry with the digs that Badshah took at him.

To this, Honey Singh said that wrath or anger can be there for someone who is close to that person, but not for any 'client' or 'strangers'. While he used the term 'client', internet users, who already believed that the duo had sorted their differences, wondered if it was a dig at Badshah. For the unversed, Badshah and Honey Singh first met when the former's father asked the latter to compose the music for his son's English single. It was Singh's first project with Badshah's wealthy family.
