'Mighty Ducks' Star, Shaun Weiss Offers Homeless Actor, Tylor Chase Help, Says, 'Just Gotta Find..'

Tylor Chase became a well-known name in the film industry through his role on Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. The actor made headlines for his acting and appeared in several projects afterward. However, he had been MIA from the acting world in recent years, and in September 2025, Tylor was spotted by an influencer living on the streets. Mighty Ducks star, Shaun Weiss, has come forward offering Tylor help.

Shaun Weiss wants to find Tylor Chase to help him

On December 22, 2025 (ET), Shaun Weiss posted a video on his social media handle. The Mighty Ducks star shared that he wanted to help actor, Tylor Chase. For the unversed, the Nickelodeon star recently went viral after a social media video showed him homeless and living on the streets of Riverside, California. In the video, the star revealed that he had received several messages about Tylor. He further added that he has connected with some of his friends, and now they have a bed for him, where he can stay and detox. 

In the same video, Shaun Weiss explained that he was not in Los Angeles and therefore needed help finding the actor. For the uninitiated, Tylor Chase was spotted on the street recently. However, there has been no update on his whereabouts ever since. Shaun added that he would go look for the actor himself if he were in the city, but since he is not, he requested his followers that if anyone can "get a face-to-face" with Chase, "please DM me so we can get him some help in time for the holiday." He was quoted as saying:

"I have received many messages about [Tylor Chase]. I reached out to some friends of mine, and we have a bed for him at a detox, and we have a place for him to go and get long-term treatment. Thanks to my buddy, Mike Jordan at 1111 recovery. All we need to do now is find him. I'm not in Los Angeles, or I would go look for him myself. We hear that he is on LA Sierra at Riverside, I don't really know where that is."

Internet reacts to Shaun Weiss' sweet gesture

Shaun Weiss posted the video to his social media account with the caption, "We have a bed for him at a detox. We just gotta find him." Soon after, the internet was flooded with comments appreciating Shuan's sweet gesture. A user penned, "That's awesome of you. If we can help in any way aside from trying to find him, let us know." Another commented, "Shaun, this warms my heart so much to see you out there doing your thing! Keep up the work, man, and hope y'all find him."

Tylor Chase played 'Martin Qwerly', a talkative and intelligent middle school student, on Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide throughout the show’s three-season run. His other credits include an appearance on Everybody Hates Chris and a role in the 2007 indie film, Good Time Max, starring James Franco. In the viral video, Tylor was asked whether he was on Disney Channel, and he clarified that he was on Nickelodeon.
