Hina Khan has been battling the stage three breast cancer. The gorgeousness has been winning hearts with her will not to give up. Hina is breaking stereotypes by working despite her difficult chemotherapy sessions, losing hair, and the pain. A while ago, Hina turned a bride for a ramp show, and later, she was spotted at Manish Malhotra's fashion show for cancer survivors.
On October 7, 2024, Hina shared a snippet from the backstage of attending an event. The actress looked extremely tired as she was dressed up in a designer saree. When her teammate asked her what was below her saree, she showed off her comfy sneakers. Hina further revealed how she had committed to the project before the symptoms of her treatment started.

Hina revealed that it was the toughest event as she had to stand for more than one hour. The actress shared that she is going through crippling neuropathic pain that makes it difficult for her to stand more than a few minutes at a stretch. Hina also added that she wanted to refund and cancel her commitment, but God gave her strength, and she pulled it.
Hina also apologised to the designer, Masaba Gupta, for killing the look of her beautiful saree with her sneakers. She assured her that she had managed to pull off some amazing pictures. An excerpt from her long note can be read as:
"With the show, some strength, Faith in almighty, some pills and the support of my team we managed to pull it off and I am so proud of myself that I didn’t give up. My apologies @masabagupta for killing the look of this gorgeous saree.. but we managed some killer pictures."

Hina Khan looked super gorgeous as she walked for Manish Malhotra's show for cancer survivors. The show featured several ladies from the world of glamour walking the ramp. However, Hina was a bit hesitant while walking on the ramp as she is not a survivor but battling cancer.
In an interview with the IANS, Hina revealed that it was Manish Malhotra, who invited her, and convinced her to walk for him. She was quoted as saying:
"Manish Malhotra invited me to this event, and I initially hesitated, saying I'm still battling cancer. But Manish encouraged me, saying my journey is inspiring, and I'm doing it beautifully."
On July 30, 2024, Hina Khan shared an ad campaign on her Instagram handle. The actress, who is going through regular chemotherapy sessions, which are extremely difficult on one's body, is juggling her hospital visits and work. In the clip, we can see Hina donning a white-hued t-shirt and a bucket hat, which covered her head. Hina was seen flaunting her no-makeup look. However, it was her shaved hair that she beautifully carried.
