The couple then welcomed another baby boy, Romeo Alejandro David in 2018, and Eduardo "Edu" Pao Lucas was born in 2020. The couple welcomed their daughter, María Lucía Victoria, via surrogate in 2021, and their youngest daughter, Ilaria Catalina Irena, was born in 2022.

The couple who have their hands full with babies and baby duties, love the chaotic family. Though Hilaria revealed that she is done having kids as her body is tired, Alec had a different take as she said:

“I don't really want one. Every now and then, when the baby gets older and grows up to be about 2, I look at [Hilaria] and I go, 'Time to have another.'”

Before marrying Hilaria, Alec was married to actress, Kim Basinger from 1993 to 2002. The couple had a public split when their daughter, Ireland, was just 7.
