Mr India is one of the gems of the Hindi film industry. It was released in 1987 and broke all records. The film was directed by Shekhar Kapur and produced by Boney Kapoor and Surinder Kapoor. Salim and Javed wrote the screenplay, which was their last collaboration before their much public fallout. The main casts of the film featured Anil Kapoor in the role of 'Arun Verma', Sridevi as 'Seema Sohni', and Amrish Puri as 'Mogambo'.
This 1987 film, Mr India, turned out to be a milestone for the Indian film Industry and gained tremendous box office success and made 100 million dollars with a 38-million-dollar budget. To date, people rewatch the film and enjoy it just like they are watching it for the first time. The film has a huge star cast with many child artist who now has made a place for themselves in their respective industries. So, without further ado, let's see what the star cast is doing now!

Mr India was led by Anil Kapoor, and it was one of his career's biggest hits. After the film, Anil went on to deliver several other hits like, Race 3, Dil Dhadakne Do, Total Dhamaal, and many more. He recently also made a debut as a TV host in Bigg Boss OTT 3.
Karan Nath essayed the role of 'Karan' in the film, later joined the entertainment industry. He has been a part of the movies like Paagalpan, Yeh Dil Aashiqanaa, Tum, Guns Of Banaras and more.
Aftab Desani is a known name in the industry, and it has been no stopping the boy since his successful stint in Mr India. He was a part of hot movies like ChaalBaaz (1989) and Shahenshah. Later, he became a household name with his stints in the Masti franchise, Awara Paagal Deewana, and Hungama, among others.

The character of 'Jugal' was played by Master Sameer, who later was seen in the 1989 film, Taaqatwarand Parinda (1989), where he essayed the role of young 'Kishen' (Jackie Shroff).
Ahmed Khan needs no introduction. The actor's career took off after the film, and he established himself as one of the most successful choreographers in the Indian film industry. He has also directed some massive hits, like Baghi 2 and Baghi 3, among others.
The then-young beauty played the role of 'Tina' in Mr India and swooned everyone's heart with her innocence and mischievous glint in her eyes. The diva quit acting after the film and started her career as an advertising executive in MullenLowe Lintas Group. She is now a Creative Director—head of Video Content Creative Director in Siriti.
A lot of the other cast and crew either changed their names or quit the industry after the film. Unfortunately, legends like Sridevi, Satish Kaushik, and Amrish Puri passed away.
