Hema Malini Shares Update On Dharmendra's Health After Discharge, 'Sab Upar Wale Ke Haath Mein Hai'

Legendary actor, Dharmendra’s family has finally got some relief after the actor was discharged from the Breach Candy Hospital. For the past few days, there has been a lot of tension in the Deol household over Dharmendra's declining health. There had been many speculations about the actor being on a ventilator and struggling for life. But now that he has been discharged from the hospital, his second wife, Hema Malini, gave an update on the actor’s health.

Hema Malini shares an update on Dharmendra’s health

Speaking to Times Now, Hema Malini revealed that the past few days had been difficult for the family due to Dharmendra’s failing health. The actress revealed that Dharmendra will continue his recovery at home under medical supervision. Revealing how it is one of the most challenging times for the family, Hema said:

“It has not been an easy time for me. Dharamji's health is a matter of great concern for us. His children are sleepless. I can't afford to be weak, too many responsibilities. But yes, I am happy he's back home. We are relieved he is out of hospital. He needs to be among the people he loves. Baaki toh sab upar wale ke haath mein hai. Please pray for us.”

Hema Malini fiercely reacted to the fake rumours of Dharmendra’s death

The wee hours of November 11, 2025, flashed headlines of veteran Bollywood actor, Dharmendra’s death. Ever since the reports surfaced online, his fans across the globe began posting condolences, mourning the loss of the veteran actor. However, his wife, Hema Malini, clarified the news. Hema released her first statement on X and called out the news channels for being irresponsible. She also questioned the media outlets for spreading fake news while the actor’s condition was stable.

Dharmendra’s family issues a statement requesting privacy

Ever since news of Dharmendra’s health broke, paps have been stationed outside the hospital and the actor’s family home. Earlier, glimpses of Dharmendra’s kids, Esha Deol and Bobby Deol, surfaced online, in which they looked worried. Amid the extensive media coverage, Dharmendra’s family released an official statement requesting privacy for the family. The statement could be read as:

"Mr. Dharmendra has been discharged from the hospital and will continue his recovery at home. We kindly request the media and the public to refrain from any further speculation and to respect his and the family’s privacy during this time. We appreciate everyone’s love, prayers, and good wishes for his continued recovery, good health, and long life. Please respect him because he loves you.”
