HSTikkyTokky's Girlfriend Is Pregnant With His Child, 24-Year-Old Arrested After Running Away

Harrison Sullivan is a famous TikTok influencer, and he goes by the screen name, HSTikkyTokky. The 24-year-old has been on the run from UK authorities for the past year. Not only this, he was on the 'wanted' list of Surrey Police as he failed to appear in court following a car crash in Virginia Water, Surrey. Despite being on the run, Harrison, in September 2025, announced that his girlfriend, Lillie May, is pregnant with his child.

Harrison is the most controversial influencer of all time. The TikToker announced in September 2025 that he is all set to become a dad for the first time with his girlfriend, Lillie May, who is also an influencer. In clips which went viral on TikTok, HSTikkyTokky announced that he needs some names. He said:

"I’ve got something to tell you boys. All I’m going to let you guys know is, I’m gonna need some names. I’m gonna need some names, boys. Seriously, imma need some names, let me just say that. I am beyond excited right now, boys. I am beyond excited right now. I’m gonna need some names. Imma need some names, man."

Further, HSTikkyTokky confirmed that he and his girlfriend are pregnant. And he expressed happiness by revealing that he is going to be blessed with a baby girl. He was quoted as saying:

"We are pregnant boys, okay? We are pregnant, chaps. I am beyond excited right now. It’s a girl, it is a girl, and I’m over the moon. I am so happy right now, smiling ear to ear."

However, it is worth mentioning that HSTikkyTokky's videos are extremely controversial as he often brags about mistreating women. And he is going to get blessed with a girl child, which was termed as unfortunate. 

Harrison Sullivan is arrested after a year-long manhunt

Harrison Sullivan, a.k.a HSTikkyTokky, is a controversial figure in the influencer world alongside Ed Matthews. He was earlier in a relationship with Towie's Yazmind Oukhellou, but they parted ways. Since then, he has been with influencer, Lillie May. Talking about his latest controversy, he was arrested after a year for failing to appear in court. According to reports, Harrison was reportedly driving a McLaren 720S in Virginia Water, Surrey. The supercar collided with another vehicle, after which the driver fled. He has been missing a scheduled court appearance in November 2024. After which, police launched a public appeal. 

Despite being wanted for the accident, Sullivan continued to post his life on TikTok and X from several locations, such as Qatar and Dubai. He would even mock the police and their efforts in being unable to find him. In a video, he falsely revealed that he was in Brentwood, Essex. He even gave a postcode and denied that he had ever driven the sports car, which was involved in the incident. 

HSTikkyTokky even posted a bizarre post. He uploaded a mugshot of himself and captioned that he would turn himself in tomorrow morning. Hours later, he posted another video filming inside a Dubai shopping centre, which was a clear target at the UK legal system. On October 10, 2025, Sullivan was arrested in the UK and appeared in Guildford Magistrates' Court. He is in custody and will appear in court on October 14, 2025.
