Famous Punjabi singer, Harrdy Sandhu, who has been giving us hit songs one after the other, has gone through a rough phase. Harrdy Sandhu didn't even had money to pay his rent in Chandigarh, and he had a low bank balance. Due to this, the singer-turned-actor decided to venture into commercial cinema. Harrdy Sandhu is known for his melodious voice and handsome looks.
The Bijlee Bijlee singer, Harrdy Sandhu, who likes to keep his personal life private, opened up about seeing a rough phase in an interview with Men's World in 2020. Harrdy started his career with slow music. His song, Soch was one of his greatest hits. But his financial liabilities encouraged him to switch to commercial cinema. The singer revealed that he had no money to pay for his car instalments or even for his rent in Chandigarh.

Harrdy also revealed that he had seen the tough phase and had a low bank balance. He was quoted as saying:
"ll of my songs were slow and I couldn’t perform anywhere despite having a lot of fan following. I didn’t have any money left with me to pay for my car installments or even my rent in Chandigarh. I have been through days when my bank balance was low. It was also at this point that I started doing movies to make money and do more commercial music."
Not many know, Harrdy Sandhu played for India in the Under-19 cricket team. The singer got his name from the former cricketer, Robin Uthappa. In the same interaction, Harrdy revealed that Uthappa hails from the South and he had difficulty pronouncing his real name, and he would call him Harrdy. So, that's how the name stayed with him.

According to Harrdy Sandhu's Wikipedia page, he is married to his longtime girlfriend, Zenith Sidhu. The couple has been childhood sweethearts. However, details of his wedding have not been revealed. Zenith was also seen in the singer's song, Backbone.
Harrdy Sandhu had made his acting debut in 2014 with his film, Yaaran Da Katchup!
