Govinda Reacts To Wife Sunita's Allegation Of Not Helping Their Son, 'Mujhse Zyada Poocha Nahi Gaya'
In a recent interview, Govinda talked about the allegations levied on him by his wife, Sunita of not helping their son, Yashvardhan.
Govinda’s wife, Sunita Ahuja, is known for speaking her mind, without mincing her words. A few days back, she claimed that Govinda never helped their son, Yashvardhan, as he navigated his career in Bollywood. Now, Govinda has reacted to Sunita’s claims and shared his take on the matter. The actor also revealed that he quit politics for the sake of his family.
Govinda reacts to Sunita Ahuja’s allegations of not supporting their son, Yashvardhan’s career
In an interview with ANI, Govinda reacted to the allegations and clarified his stance on it. Revealing how he quit politics, the Hero No. 1 actor said:
“Kya ho gaya hai, jis wakt main politics se bahar nikla, toh maine yeh socha ki kahin mere spardha, ya dwesh, irsha, yeh sabhi ki karaktaayein, kisi prakar se takleef naa de. Khaas taur pe bachhon ke liye. Toh main bahar aa gaya. Ab woh main ghar pariwar ke liye hi bahar aa gaya.”
Govinda reveals that his son, Yashvardhan, will be a better actor than him
Further in the interview, Govinda also revealed that he had tried to help his son, Yashvardhan. However, the actor also stated that he wasn’t asked much. Praising his son, Yashvardhan’s capability, Govinda said:”
“Maine Nadiadwala se kaha, toh he gave his cabin to Yash, ki kaise filmein banayi jaati hain, kaam kiya jata hai. Aur, mujhse zyada poocha nahi gaya, aur aise ek mahaul ghar mein tayyiar tha, ki jismein ki main filmy rishte mein nakamyab hun. Main Yash ke liye keh raha hun, woh mujhse zyada accha actor niklega. Woh technically mujhse better hai.”
What did Sunita Ahuja say about Govinda?
In a recent interview with Miss Malini, Sunita Ahuja accused Govinda of not supporting their son, Yashvardhan, professionally. She claimed that Yash was a self-made boy and didn’t take any help from his father. Sunita also stated that Yashvardhan gave 90 auditions despite being Govinda’s son. She also quoted Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Sunil Shetty and revealed how they did everything for their children.
In the same interaction, Sunita also shared that Yashvardhan never asked his father to call people to help him get a project. And Govinda never stepped in to support him either. Sunita claimed to have confronted Govinda about this. Yashvardhan is currently gearing up for his debut film, which also stars Laapataa Ladies star Nitanshi Goel and will be directed by Sajid Khan. The project is tentatively titled 100, and nothing much is known about it so far.
