'Can Never Live..' Gina Lima's Ex-Bf Last Post Surfaces, He Was Found Dead 3 Days After Her Death

In a sudden twist of fate, the famous Filipino model, Gina Lima's ex-boyfriend, Ivan Ronquillo was found dead, three days after her passing. It seems like Ivan was deeply hurt by her sudden death and the blame he received on social media. His last Facebook posts were an ode to his endless love for Gina as he penned how he cannot live without her.

The 23-year-old Gina Lima was found unresponsive in her flat on November 16, 2025. As per the police, she died due to cardio-respiratory distress, and there were no visible injuries. Later, it was revealed that it was her ex-boyfriend who found her and alerted her. the authorities. Soon rumours surfaced as neighbours linked him to her death. It left Ivan deeply hurt.

Ivan took to his Facebook account and shared a heart-wrenching note for his girlfriend in Filipino, which, once translated, revealed his endless love for her. He mentioned that he cannot do without her, and it was extremely painful that he lost her by his side. His note can be read as:

"I love you so much Gina I can never do it without you by my side and I can never live without you it's so painful that I lost you by my side let me follow you and be with you we both know that nothing can stop our love natin."

Ivan Ronquillo's death

Ivan Cezar Ronquillo, was found dead after three days on November 19, 2025, in the stairway of his Quezon City apartment. He was soon rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead after being rushed to the hospital. The police revealed that they had received a report of a sudden death, and he was identified as Ivan. He was found unresponsive at 7:10 a.m.

According to initial reports, a tenant of the apartment building informed Ivan's father after he had seen him hanging from the metal stairs located on the third floor. The father soon confirmed that it was his son. They cut the hose used, and he was taken to the hospital, where he was declared dead. The police said:

Apolonio Samson officials, who transported the victim to the Quezon City General Hospital. Despite efforts to revive him, the attending physician declared him dead on arrival at 7:20 a.m."

Ivan Ronquillo was hurt after Lima's passing

Talking about Ivan's death, his family shared a tribute for the late creator. His father expressed how much he loved his son, but never hugged him, and he only got the chance when he was no longer with them. He expressed how painful it is for him to never be able to show fatherly love to him. He said:

"I really love you. I wasn’t able to hug you. It’s too late that I only hugged you when you were already dead. I feel bad for not letting you experience that embrace."

Another relative claimed that the possibility of Ivan's death is that a large section of people judged him on social media after Gina's death, and it seriously impacted him. The relative further mentions that they hope it serves as a lesson to everyone that no one should judge anyone without knowing the whole story. As per GMa Network, the relative said:

"We are looking at the possibility that one of the causes of my nephew's death, or his passing, was due to the overwhelming number of people who judged him on social media."
