Geeta Kapur, fondly known as ‘Geeta Maa’, recently got candid in an unfiltered podcast, leaving fans intrigued. In the promo video shared by the host, Shardul Pandit, the dance choreographer revealed that she has a ‘massive crush’ on Bollywood superstar, Salman Khan.
Actor cum radio host, Shardul Pandit took to his Instagram on November 15, 2024, to share a promo video of his upcoming episode of Uncensored With Shardul featuring Geeta Kapur. The promo showed Geeta sharing some candid and unfiltered insights into her personal life. One big highlight that grabbed attention was her heartfelt admission of her crush on Salman Khan. She can be quoted as saying:

“I think he knows I have a massive crush on him. I get tongue-tied when I go in front of him... He spoke to me once, and I went and cried.”
In the fun promo, Shardul shared some intriguing moments with Geeta Maa. With the full podcast airing on his channel pretty soon, Shardul captioned his IG post:

Earlier this year, Geeta Kapur appeared in an interview with Navbharat Times to speak up about some speculations regarding her personal life. The choreographer addressed speculations surrounding her secret marriage. She explained:
“Another rumour that spreads about me is that I am married. That I have gotten married secretly, which I have not done. If I had gotten married, I would have said with great pride that yes I am married, I have many children. This rumour should just be stopped."
In the same interview, Geeta Kapur addressed the rumours that often surround celebrities, including herself, regarding their personal assets such as homes, cars, and net worth. She shared that while these rumours are usually far from the truth, they can be just as surprising to her as they are to the public.

Geeta Kapur became a household name after her appearance as one of the judges in the popular dance reality show, Dance India Dance and later in Super Dancer. She received the moniker, ‘Geeta Maa’ in DID from junior choreographers for her mentorship, warmth and motherly guidance. Geeta Kapur began her journey at just 17, joining Farah Khan’s dance troupe. Now at 51, she is celebrated as one of the finest choreographers in the industry.
Geeta Kapur also appeared in song sequences in some Bollywood films, like Tujhe Yaad Na Meri Aaye from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, and Gori Gori from Main Hoon Na. She currently appears as one of the judges in the dance reality show, India’s Best Dancer 4, alongside Terence Lewis and Karisma Kapoor.
