The actor further added:

“I was not prepared for anything I was winging it. Jis taraf hawa ka rukh chalta tha. No, in all honesty, I kind of was winging it you know wherever the water would take me I would go. I enjoy the process of doing a project, if you enjoy the process, the audience will see the project shining. Coming back to Khoobsurat, I wasn't thinking I was just like I was riding the wave, and I had a great time. Those journeys were memorable for me because the teams that I worked with had such synergies there was no negative vibe it was only positive at least that's what I felt.”

Woh ek bohot badi film hai, like Box Office wise shayad na ho, but wo ek badi film hai. And if you as a filmmaker can make even one like one such film in your life you're good. Main ye nahi keh raha wo aur film na banaye, but you need to make one such film.  it's a great story told I was just noticing the other day you don't get bored watching it like right I watched it again and I was like I didn't get bored it is a good film you don't feel the length of the film.”

Fawad Khan talked about Pakistani actors being a threat to Indian actors

He then went to ask if his massive stardom pissed off his Indian counterparts and if Fawad eventually became a threat to others. Fawad Khan responded that it is such a difficult question to answer; however, he said that Indians showered him with a lot of love. Fawad further said:

“Mujhe bohot pyaar mila wahan pe. Dekhiye, politics har industry mein hoti hai, yahan par bhi hoti hai. I'm not saying that this is something that's unheard of I'm sure it happens everywhere in the world. There was one thing, main threat ya no threat ki baat karoon, I had PR they used to kind of get I think angry at this. I was like I need you to take out my name, not put it in there so I would ask my PR that you're here just to remove me from places, not put me there. I like I don't want to do Instagram, Facebook I don't want to do all these things, she was like, but that is the norm. Wo kehte hai na jo dikhta wo bikta hai, mujhe lagta hai ‘jo kam dikhta hai, wo zyada bikta hai.’”
