It is widely recognised that Farah Khan shares a close friendship with both Gauri Khan and her husband, Shah Rukh Khan. Despite some highs and lows, the director-choreographer is adamant about her connection with the Khan couple, and their relationship has only strengthened. Farah posted a humorous and heartfelt birthday message to Gauri on her Instagram account.
Farah wished Gauri a very happy birthday by posting a carousel of three images. In one photo, Gauri and Farah are shown cuddling and sitting together in a cosy setting, yet the following image shows the closest friends standing next to each other at a party. The pictures demonstrates how dynamic their friendship is.The last image that Farah shared was a close-up of Gauri's face taken while she was having fun dancing at a party.

Farah Khan extended her warm wishes to Gauri Khan, the wife of Shah Rukh Khan, celebrating her 54th birthday on October 8, 2024. In typical Farah Khan fashion, the birthday post’s caption was humorous. She wished Gauri Khan a happy birthday, expressing her fondness for their effortless friendship, which suited her laid-back personality perfectly, and added that she loved her. In her words:
"Happy birthday @gaurikhan . I love that our effortless friendship fits in perfectly with my laziness (laughing emoji) needless to say .. I (heart emoji) U”
