Farah Khan made a huge name for herself as a choreographer, director, and now a YouTuber. In a world where everyone has become a vlogger showcasing their lives on YouTube, Farah chose to create her own empire with a cooking vlog, featuring her cooking skills and inviting celebrities to her home. For the first time, she revealed a huge secret on how Bollywood celebrated when her film, Tees Maar Khan, flopped.

In Farah Khan's latest cooking vlog, featuring Jackky Bhagnani and Rakul Preet Singh. They shared a lot of jokes and inside war stories. The conversation soon turned on how they faced professional setbacks, and that is when Farah revealed that she faced a lot of backlash when her film Tees Maar Khan failed. The film was released in 2010 and featured Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead. 

Farah revealed that in Bollywood, people are happy about others' failures. She recalled how there was a celebration in the film industry when her film flopped. The director shared:

"In our industry, more than being happy for your success, people are happy for other people's failure. I remember during Tees Maar Khan release, there was literally a celebration in the film industry. People who I have worked with were like, 'Abhi aayi na line par'. Tees Maar Khan is a legend among the GenZ, they don't care about my other films. Karenge, banayenge, aur badi banayenge."

Jackky, whose father runs a production house, Pooja Entertainment, revealed that the production was started from scratch and gave many hits like Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. He shared that his father used to sell sarees on the footpath. He said:

"Our training comes from him only. Footpath par saree bechte the. I wasn’t born at that time. But in front of me also, the same thing happened during Om Jai Jagdish."

For the unversed, Tees Maar Khan was directed by Farah Khan and starred Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif. It was a high-energy comedy movie, and people loved the trailers, and it looked extremely promising. However, it failed to impress the audience and make a mark at the box office. But the song, Sheila Ki Jawaani and Katrina's bold moves were highly loved.

Explaining her idea of YouTube, Farah revealed that she had written scripts for films but kept waiting for the availability of the actors, which gave her anxiety.
