Rakhi Sawant, who is now settled in Dubai, invited Farah Khan to her home, and the latter recorded a cooking Vlog with her. Rakhi, who had been through a difficult journey, has been rebuilding herself in Dubai. For the unversed, Rakhi Sawant was diagnosed with a tumour in her uterus in May 2024. She also got operated, and now, she is back thriving.
Farah Khan, who has been treating her fans with her cooking vlogs with famous personalities, met Rakhi Sawant in Dubai. In the latest Vlog, Farah Khan proudly shared how she had discovered Rakhi Sawant, and she became famous after her film, Main Hoon Na. For those who don't know, Rakhi played the character of 'Mini' in Shah Rukh Khan starrer.

Recalling the audition, Rakhi Sawant revealed that she used to live in a chawl, and was not allowed to wear mini clothes. However, the requirement for the role was to wear hot outfits. So, she borrowed a burkha from her neighbour and gave the audition. While initially, the makers thought she was just another girl, they were shocked to see her performance. Rakhi revealed that the same evening, she got a text from Farah Khan.
Farah looked impressed with Rakhi's beautiful home and the way she got settled in Dubai. The actress cooked maa ki dal with rice for her. While showing the process, Rakhi told Farah to show ingredients. However, her pronunciation was different, and Farah laughed out loud. Quipping, Farah told Rakhi that she would get her married to her cook, Dilip.

"I was punished for telling the truth. I told the truth and people started calling me plastic. I am not plastic. You didn’t know my problems back then. I was a kid. I had run away from home. If I didn’t take life into my own hands, my parents would have got me married off. At that young age, I took the decision to put something in my body."
