Having a baby is one of the most amazing feelings in the world. The eagerness to know if it is a boy or a girl, shopping for unisex items, deciding on names, planning the interiors of the nursery and some mixed bag of emotions are felt by the would-be mothers. These are the feelings of a mother in a nutshell and things are no different for soon-to-be second-time-mommy, Esha Deol. On January 21, 2019, Esha posted a single picture of baby Radhya and wrote the words, “I’m being promoted to ‘Big Sister’” atop it, announcing that she is pregnant. And just like every mommy-to-be, Esha Deol too, is excitedly planning on what all she will do once her second one arrives. One such instance is when recently she posted a throwback picture of herself from Disneyland and shared that she can’t wait to go back there with her babies. The Cakewalk actress captioned it, “#thursdaythrowback... #disneyland can’t wait to go back with my babies #backtochildhood #freedom #wonderyears”.

In 2018, Esha Deol, her husband Bharat Takhtani and daughter, Radhya Takhtani went on a family vacation in California and the 37-year-old actress shared some frame-worthy family pictures with their little one. Esha captioned it, “With our little “bome”(doll in Tamil )”. She captioned another one as, “Just the 3 of us. @bharattakhtani3 #radhyatakhtani #bliss #gratitude”. Radhya’s uncanny resemblance with Esha has made their fans drool over this mother-daughter duo even more.
Sometime back, Esha shared a glimpse of a grandmother-granddaughter adorable moment wherein an all-decked up Hema Malini looking lovingly at her granddaughter while Radhya wants to climb onto her arms! Sharing the picture, the soon-to-be mommy wrote, “My mother recently launched her latest dance ballet #ganga ...it was during the photoshoot that Radhya decided to run to her Nani for some love, not realising that #nanima is in Ganga- mode !!! Nice capture @sahilsachdevaphotography #radhyatakhtani @dreamgirlhemamalini #gratitude.”

In an interview with The Times Of India, Esha Deol revealed how motherhood changed her as a person, “It has definitely matured me up in a big way. Having your own child makes you grow up overnight. This is the first time I am experiencing unconditional love in the purest form. Sharing what inspirations does he take from her mother, Hema Malini, Esha remarked, “In every step in my daily routine. She is the most amazing woman to have at home, whom I can call my mother. I am blessed to have a mother like her whom the entire nation looks up to. The fact she can get inspired by a topic like Ganga and create an entire dance ballet, giving a beautiful message to our nation, get it on stage to perform with all these dancers, it’s amazing. I wish my maa all the best pray she may continue to be an inspiration to all of us.”
Esha Deol further shared her future acting plans and dance ballet and stated, “See, I have been acting all my life since the age of 18 and my dance, both of them go hand in hand for me. Both are equally important for me. I love facing camera. I love playing challenging roles, especially now women are getting amazing characters to play. So, I would love to play good roles and that can be full length as well. At the same time dance for me is something special. I have seen how it has helped my mother over the years. Family life is great but you also have to maintain your identity. So I would love to get to back to my first loves acting and dancing.” (Also Read: Mira Rajput Kapoor Gets 2-Year-Old Misha Kapoor's Hair Coloured, Says She Isn't Regular But Cool Mom)
