'BB18's Edin Rose's Dad Passes Away, She Pens Emotional Tribute, 'Love You Dada, Rest Easy..'

Edin Rose created a name for herself with her stint in Salman Khan's hosted show, Bigg Boss 18. Edin, who has always called herself a 'tough woman', is in a miserable state. In a piece of heartbreaking news, Edin shared with the world that she lost her father. She gained a lot of stardom when she entered Bigg Boss 18 as a wild card contestant. However, hell broke loose on her, as Edin's dad is no more. She shared the most emotional tribute for her father, which would move you to tears.

Edin Rose mourns the loss of her father, shares old childhood pictures with him

Edin took to her Instagram handle on March 1, 2025, and paid her father the most emotional tribute. She shared an array of childhood pictures and remembered the good old times she had with her father. It is a gloomy day for Rose, but the snaps she posted reveal that she is a 'Daddy's Girl'. The first picture was heartbreaking as it showed her hand resting on her dad's hand. He was covered in a red blanket. If you scroll through the snaps, you will see little Edin sitting on her dad's shoulder while he held her, to the daddy-daughter cutting her birthday cake. She was also seen sitting leisurely on him, and it looked like the snap was taken in the office. Rose wrote a heartbreaking caption that read:

"From the day you first held me to the day I last held your hand, I love you dada, rest easy."

Edin also shared a standalone picture of her father. Indeed! No matter how old a child grows, the loss of a parent is unimaginable. For Edin, it looked like her father was her world, and they both had an amazing bond.

Edin and Karan could never stand one another in the Bigg Boss 18 house, which was filled with drama. During nomination weeks, the duo used to have disagreements and rivalry with one another. Well, it looked like the duo made peace with one another after the show and Karan wrote a sympathetic comment on Edin's tribute post for her dad. He wrote, "RIP", followed by a namaste emoji, while Edin commented back with a sad and a heart emoji.

Interestingly, in a promo shared by the makers of Bigg Boss 18, it was seen that Edin and Karan had a verbal spat. During that time, the contestants had the task of nomination. Edin was seen telling Karan how Shilpa Shirodkar betrayed him at the back. She raised questions about their friendship and said:

"Tumhari dost ne peeth pe chaaku bhoka hai." While sharing this promo on Instagram, Colors TV mentioned, "Karan Veer aur Edin ka face off, ban gaya hai maamla thoda rough."

Edin, at the age of 21, had to face a casting couch experience. In an interview with Red FM Podcasts, she revealed how an old man started touching her thighs after giving her a movie contract. He had invited her home, where he also had cameras installed.
