Divya Agarwal Comes In Support Of Ex-BF, Priyank Sharma After His Father's Death, 'Stay Strong'

Priyank Sharma, who was a famous reality TV star in India, has been going through the toughest phase. The actor lost his father, and he shared the deeply painful news with his friend, colleagues and fans. While fans rushed to comfort him and offer their condolences, it was Divya Agarwal, his ex-girlfriend, who commented first. 

Priyank Sharma lost his father, ex, Divya Agarwal penned a note for him

Divya Agarwal has been through a lot herself when she lost her father all of a sudden. Priyank took to his Instagram handle and shared a picture of his father, and penned an emotional note as a tribute to him. He revealed how much he will miss his father, and he hopes that he will make him proud one day. He wrote:

"Sleep well my Daddy. I will miss you so much . I hope i will make you proud one day. Rest in peace (1966- 2025)."

Divya Agarwal was the first one to comment and wrote, "Stay Strong." Another fan wrote, "May his soul rest in peace…stay strong bhai and the entire family." A third user commented, "You have already done him proud, lots of strength and Light, bachcha." A fourth fan penned, "Oh my god what! This is truly heartbreaking. Rest in peace, dear uncle, you will be missed. Sending my deepest condolences and prayers to you Priyank and your family."

Divya Agarwal and Priyank Sharma's past

Bigg Boss OTT’s contestant Divya Agarwal was once madly in love with Priyank Sharma. Her relationship gained many headlines, especially during Priyank's Bigg Boss stint. The two had met each other on Splitsvilla 10, where even though they were not ideal together, their chemistry and understanding were unmatchable. The two clearly talked about their relationship, but it was their breakup that created more noise. 

It is worth mentioning that it was on the reality show, Bigg Boss 11, that Priyank Sharma’s closeness with Benafsha Soonawalla left Divya irked. She entered the show to break up with Priyank, even though he had maintained the stance that they were not dating. He had later claimed in an open letter that their relationship had ended in July 2017, before Bigg Boss 11.

After a lot of mudslinging on each other, Divya and Priyank now share a cordial bond. In an interview with SpotboyE, Divya was questioned about Priyank Sharma. Recalling the devastating incident of breaking up with her boyfriend on national television, the actress stated:

"I think the time when I had appeared in the show, the circumstances in my life were different. It was somebody's girlfriend who had come. This time it is Divya Agarwal who is independent, headstrong, has faced enough and each time has come out victorious."
